We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A most comfortable and very spacious apartment, tastefully decorated, light-filled and VERY quiet. Located within walking distance of the railway station, historic center, and every daily amenity you might need (food markets, restaurants, bakeries, caffès, bars, etc.). The friendly and attentive host was quick to respond to any questions.

SerbiaNothing huge to complain about. The lightning could be improved and I would appreciate to arrive in a warmer apartment during autumn/winter season. However, the heating worked well, we were able to heat it up, so not a big deal.
Spacious apartment, having everything you might need for living. You can find basic spices, olive oil and more in the kitchen, which is rare in accomodations. Everything was as described. The bed is very comfortable, pillows too. Clean and nicely decorated. Location is great as well. There is no parking in the exact street, but there are blue (paid) parking places nearby. The host was polite and gave us detailed information for parking, check-in/out, etc. We would definitively stay here again.

AustraliaThere’s approximately 15 stairs up to the elevator and another 25-30 stairs from the elevator to the top floor where the apartment is. Not good for people with significant mobility issues.
A great size apartment within walking distance to everything. Sofa bed and main bed very comfortable. Good facilities throughout. Excellent communication with host. 5 minute walk from train station. 5-10 minute walk to canal.
