Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had a real problem getting a taxi early in the morning to get to the airport for a flight home . We were told we couldn’t book it the night before . This caused a lot of anxiety for us as our flight was at 6 in the morning so consequently none of us really slept and we were exhausted . This was a disappointment at the end of our holiday.

Virtually Impossible to get into a room before the check in time as the hotel doesn't tick off the rooms that have been cleaned as they do them. Breakfast was a bun fight and food was not replenished quickly. Only a portion of the dining room was open in the evening as the main part was booked by an outside party. Luckily we got in early enough to have some food before the tables were full.
I liked the location as it was well placed to drive to the airport next morning. Not ideal if you want to do sightseeing in Pisa itself. The bed was very comfy and the room was fine for a city hotel.

The location of the hotel is a little outside the city. You should definitely use a taxi.
The hotel was clean and the staff were really helpful. The staff at the reception will call a taxi if you request. The rooms are clean and safe. The food in the restaurant is not great, but not bad either.

I was offered during check-in to pay in advance for the breakfast on the next morning with a special fee (10 euros), or in the other day if I decide, I would have to pay 15 euros per person. My son wanted to eat breakfast, buy according to the rules, we were not able to buy only for him the breakfast in advance (they told us that we had to buy for all 3 in the room). As I and my wife don´t eat breakfast, we have not eaten breakfast at the hotel.
The room was really good.

As a family of four with two toddlers, we had a very comfortable and easy stay at this hotel. We had two rooms (next to each other, not connected) and this was very convenient. The reception area was clean and nicely designed, and the breakfast area was easy to get to and had high chairs. The breakfast was ideal whether you prefer sweet or savory. The place was pretty quiet during our stay, not very busy. Parking right outside. Helpful & friendly staff. Overall, can't really fault anything with the place especially if you want something easy with kids.

Although you are not too far from the centre (about 3km walk), is in a pretty anonymous zone. Perfect for meetings though
Very nice and modern room, with lot of power outlets, good WiFi and all what you need. The bathroom is spacious and modern, the water faucet in the basin is too small and low for it and not so good to use. Breakfast was great! I got a freshly made cappuccino and a large selections of bread, hot and cold food.
