Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

WiFi issue when we arrived and had to deal with multiple people due to agency run accommodation. Lacked personal touch of host-owned accommodation.
Stunning location with great balcony overlooking harbour. Apartment is comfortable with large living area. Bedroom is dark (which is both good and bad).

The shower was very small and took ages for the hot water to start

There was no hand soap in the bathroom, so we had to purchase our own. There was only one garbage bag and after putting out the garbage, we inquired where more bags were located in the unit and were told to go buy some. These should be basics that the guest should not be responsible to provide.
The property is in an excellent location to access the Mediterranean and also to enjoy meals at nearby bars, cafes and restaurants.

During our stay the wifi didn't work, but with that said we were out and about a lot and stayed for a relatively short time so it were more of an minor inconvenience than a deal breaker. The wine bottle opener should be replaced as my partner cut himself quite badly while using it.
The apartment couldn't be better located within just a few meters from the glimmering sea and within a short walk everywhere in the area. The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout with fascinating details from vintage maps and fun decor with well thought of colour choices throughout, it is an absolute feast for the eye! The apartment has plenty of spaces for lounging both indoors and in the terrace. We really enjoyed making breakfast and cooking from the local fare on a few occasions. We definitely would return here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

the two sofa beds in the living room have uncomfortable mattresses.

Bedroom furnishings were looking a little tired - dull and drab compared to the living space and bathroom. Only one charging point in the bedroom and that was by the door, not the bed. The fitting was also loose and came out exposing wires which is dangerous.
Great sea views, large living space and balcony, beautifully furnished in seaside style.

For the spaciousness of the apartment, the sofabed should really be a double instead of a single. Regardless, it was still very comfortable.
Tastefully designed and spacious apartment in a great location. Close to shops, bars, beach club and an actual beach. Large terrace suitable for evening drinks and dinner.

Bathroom quite 70ies style. Coffee capsules only for the first night.. . Not so easy to heat, as AC not strong and only in dining room.
Nice location right on beach front street and next to a kiosk. The apartment is big with living and dining room. Bedroom was comfy.

Overall, I was happy with my stay, but the owners could, however, think about replacing the bed in the living room with a fold-out bed so that everyone could comfortably sleep in separate rooms. The bathroom could use a refresh - quite a short cord from the shower, which meant that everything around had to be wiped down after washing.
Great location - close to everywhere, to shops, beaches, restaurants. The apartment itself is positioned with a beautiful view directly to the sea with a huge terrace, which is a huge plus.

The owner was not kind or sympathetic, he was very very not helpful with any concerns. As well as he didn’t communicate with people. He tells his clients to shut up, very not kind and I strongly don’t recommend staying to anyone in this apartment. You don’t know who you are supposed to give your documents, you’re supposed to give your document to someone who is not trustworthy(cleaning crew). You supposed to be dealing with the Manger or the owner but you’re not in this case you’re solving all your issues with the cleaning crew.
The place and the views were very nice.
