Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

My room was newly renovated, clean and modern. Comfortable bed. The hotel is centrally located, shops and restaurants just around the corner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is abundant, which you cannot always find in Italian hotels. Did not use the pool, as I was there for business. So I was glad that Wi-Fi connection worked perfectly. I can recommend this hotel and would book again.

BulgariaThe rooms are extremely narrow, there is no internet, and the TV is not suitable for foreigners. The staff does not speak any foreign languages. There is only one coffee machine in the restaurant, which all hotel guests have to wait for to get their coffee, wasting time and causing frustration. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m., which is extremely early and inconvenient. When I requested a slightly later check-out time of 30-60 minutes, the response was a categorical refusal in an unpleasant tone. I would not return to this hotel again.
The hotel and the room were overall clean. The breakfast was fine. Only one person in the hotel spoke English, which I considered a positive thing since there was nobody else who spoke English.

SwedenWhen we got to the hotel our room was double booked. They had a challenge with the computer they said. They ended up placing us at another hotel across the road, but that room was quite small. Also that hotel had no pool of its own.
