Excellent breakfast choices. Fantastic family run establishment. Great people and service. Clean and pristine rooms. Quiet location with windows closed. No problems at all. Parking was an easy six minutes walk away and very safe and secure.

We had the most beautiful stay at Aeris. Our party had three of the rooms at the property and we were genuinely made to feel as if it was our second home. The owners are all so sweet and kind, the breakfast is a feast and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We would highly recommend this property for any one staying in the area - it’s in the centre of town, less than 10 mins walk to the train station and 5 minutes walk to the beach. We miss it already!

The property was immaculate and well-appointed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our room was spacious. The breakfast was perfect. The location was excellent. A luxuriously renovated 6th century building where they managed to keep many original architectural details like arched high ceilings, thick stone walls, and steps (and they have an elevator, so you can skip the steps!) The family running the hotel is delightful: welcoming, friendly and happy to answer questions or make recommendations for restaurants or activities. The breakfast is prepared to order and delicious. The view from the terrace is high enough that you skim the roofs of most of the town and have a sea view. The jet pool in the relax room is beautiful. The property is in a great location, walking distance to anywhere you want to go. They have off-site parking, which I was happy to pay for, as parking space can be a challenge.

Absolutely nothing, we had the perfect stay.

We had the most delightful 4 nights at Aeris Suites in early September. The staff were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us, they were lovely from the first meeting when we were lucky enough to get an early check in. The receptionist Carmine gave us great recommendations for the area and was super helpful if we needed anything booked. The rooms were exceptionally clean, beautiful bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was also lovely, served up on the sunny top floor and all freshly cooked. Location was also fabulous- a 5 minute walk from the train station and only a few minutes away from the main centre full of restaurants, bars and shops. Highly recommend! We can't wait to return on our next trip to Puglia.

As the most expensive room in the property, the superior suite was large but lacking some basic items such as a comfortable chair in the main bedroom despite there being plenty of space. Also only one bedside table by the bed. The bath towels were very small and more akin to the size of a large hand towel, we had to ask for 2 drinking glasses as only thick white mugs were provided despite there being a mini bar. Similarly, 6 coat-hangers provided which for 2 people was insufficient so had to ask for more. No shelf in the shower so nowhere to put anything except on the floor. This is clearly an architect designed property and has many lovely features, but a more practical approach to what guests actually need to make their stay more comfortable is sadly lacking.

The location is excellent and very central for the town. Staff at the property were charming and helpful. The roof terrace was perfect to catch the late afternoon sun and the spa pool a welcome and relaxing retreat from the hot sun. Breakfast was plentiful and of excellent quality. The private parking was conveniently located and very secure.

Everything was perfect! Since the first contact via message, reception and all other contacts with “Aeris” family. My wife and I felt at home in a very beautiful and charming hotel with great location (super close to most visited places). The room and bathroom were great. Very good quality mattress, air conditioning system, and great shower. Hiper clean, perfumed buildings, every detail was catching our attention. The way the owners and crew treat people is incredible. Breakfast was delicious with cold cuts from the region, fruits and warm preparations. There is also an indoor and relaxing pool. It was a great experience staying in that hotel.

Property was gorgeous. The family who run this business are pure professionals. Breakfast was the best we’ve had since being away. The property is brand new. It is fabulous. It has a pool downstairs which we used. The location is perfect. Cannot recommend this place more highly.

This was an amazing choice! The property is family owned and cared for (bonus - freshly renovated last year), so they made us feel like home. Just a few minutes from all of the beautiful attractions in Polignano. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the perfect stay in this small and lovely town.

Perfectly located (literally it takes few minutes walk to old town)small, family run hotel. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast served on the terrace with sweet and savory choices. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Parking slot in a garage available on additional reservation just few minutes walk from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!
