Our room was a bit small but still it was very comfortable for two people.

Clean and comfortable room. Central heating and warm water worked perfectly. Very friendly staff. Good location 25 mins walking from Duomo. We were able to leave our luggage there for a few hours after check out.

They opened the door to the staircase during the day. Made the apartment cold. 🥶 kinda uncomfortable

The walls are pretty thin so you can hear all the noise from the bathroom, and also people coming in and out as reception is right outside the room. Nothing mayor, but perhaps something to consider (it did not bother me that much tbh).

I stayed in room #1. Very clean, comfortable, well located. There’s a sink with light in the room which was highly appreciated. The shower inside the room does not work but that’s ok, there’s a shared bathroom outside the room. You can find a mini fridge, kettle, iron, tv, safe and a microwave. There is also a table and a chair. It was a really nice room. Oh and the reception guy is the best, he was really nice and helpful. Thanks.

Air con wasn't v effective and a bit noisy but nothing unmanageable.

Convenient location on the tram line from the station and with easy access to the city centre. Very good value. Definitely no frills but served the purpose for a single night. Staff were really helpful and stored luggage after check out while we went and explored the city briefly.

It wasn’t clean, the walls had stains the bedding had stains. It doesn’t seem like they clean the property as nicely as they show it in the images which is disappointing because you’re spending money to stay the least you can offer is clean bedding!

The property is located in a great area! A walk to the city centre is about 25-30mins if I’m honest. It has a supermarket which is about a 5 mins walk from the property which is great! It’s also quite close to some parks and great food spots!

Excellent location with car. Parking just in front. But it cost, of course. 35eur in Milano centre is good deal. All hotpots we reached on foot.

Clean once in a while the mini fridge. Last guests left food and either the fridge was not closed correctly or was not working.

Ideal for a night. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to public transport (tram). Some restaurants nearby - 5-10min walking distance.

The only down side was the smell of cigarette in the room, it wasn't too bad but you could smell it

Location is perfect for an nice walk to the city center. The area around looks safe and well connected with Central Station with an easy tram ride (15 mins). Valeria answered all my questions promptly and kindly let me keep the luggage in the premises for few hours after the check out. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Thank you!

The walls are a little bit thin so if you have noisy neighbours - this is the building design, and certain not the fault of the accommodation by the way, but more the inconsiderate people staying who have no concept of being mindful or respectful.

I felt safe, the accommodation is in a secure building and just off a main road so a good area at all times of day and night for safety. Easily accessible by tram and metro and bus. Staff are lovely and helpful, friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Jesus was very kind. Very very clean! Room a good size for what I needed and they kindly loaned me a kettle which was super helpful. Once I got used to the bed, I slept very well. Fab shower pressure too, was lovely and refreshing. Will stay again for sure.
