The city where the apartments are located is very intimate and quiet. There is no Wi-Fi here and the telephone connection or the Internet is very, very bad. Since I planned to work a little, it was very important for me. the room was quite spacious, with a view of the mountains. The bunk bed made a very terrible sound when someone turned over, everyone woke up. There is a small kitchen that is open only for a couple of hours in the morning, where you can make coffee and eat cookies. A kettle and a fridge were missing. Since the nearest store is quite far away, all products spoil in the room. Please put mosquito nets on the windows, we were bitten a lot by insects at night, if you close the window you can suffocate from the heat. a lizard also crawled into our room

We only had one tiny issue with the hot water and the host was prompt in answering us. We eventually weren’t able to fix the issue because of timing, but that was not a big deal for us. The host was nice and quick in getting back to us. As a suggestion, although that was not a big issue for us, the guests could receive a screen shot of the exact location of the building or maybe a drawing of where it is exactly. We got a bit lost because Waze and Google Maps took us to a wrong place, although the address was correct. But we ended up asking two friendly faces that were walking by and they knew the place and showed it to us. But this doesn’t take away any points from my review because everything was great.

The room and bathroom were clean, neat, organized. The room is quite spacious and the bed is very comfortable. At night was a bit cold outside but the room inside was cozy and warm. The location is convenient and the view is amazing. We wanted to stay far from the city, so this place was perfect. The parking was easy to find, right in front of the playground. Instructions received from the hosts were super clear and easy to understand. They were nice in every interaction. Breakfast was quite simple, but also expected to be simple. We had some coffee and a bit of toast watching the amazing view at the “relaxing area”.

Lovely apartment in quiet location. Definitely need a car to reach but only 30 min drive to La Spezia. Nice to stay outside of a busy town. Bathroom huge and beds comfortable.

The shower is a little too small. The heating was not adjustable. The switch to the light next to the bed also turns off the electricity of that plug.

It was difficult to find and there was also no parking. We were looking for parking.

I was comfortable and if you are looking for this kind of view it's worth it. You'll enjoy it. Unfortunately I was there only for night stay.

We faced too much hassled reaching out this location as this quiet remote from LA Spezia central and due to Sunday, there was no buses available. Hotel staff should have informed us about this in advance. They did not care about contacting and updating us.

I stayed for 6 days and wlan would have been a nice feature (although GSM signal was good) and a little cooking place to heat up meal (anyway, i had my little campinggaz with me, so no problem neither ).

A very quite and hidden village in the green mountains with a beautiful view on the nature. A very charmy old house, well maintained by the 2 very friendly sisters Roberts und Giuliana. My room remain pleasantly cool even in the heat without air condition. A car is an advantage in this area, also to get to the restaurants. For me this was the perfect place for hikes and trips in the area of 5terre :) I felt very comfortable

It was quite hot and it only had 1 fan. We had to buy a plug anti mosquitoes to sleep with the windows open. The double bed is actually 2 single beds together, so it opens during the night. It could have milk and butter for breakfast.

The view is amazing, the bathroom is big and the room has a lot of natural light.

There is neither refrigerator nor WIFI. Refrigerator would be needed taking into consideration that there is not any restaurant nor shopping opportunities in the village. Breakfast is provided at the accommodation, but this means only tea/coffee and sea biscuit with jam.

The location may not be the most convenient if you don’t have a car. It is a bit far from the main station (la Spezia) and cabs cost about 35€ to take you there.

The house is really nice and there is a lovely view from there. The owners are very nice people that will do anything they can to help you. The collation room is very nice too and the place is very clean and quiet, be sure you will get good rest!

- no hot water (and we discover this at 23h30 so no way to get someone to fix it), so better advise is to check that upfront (i have later seen others reviews telling they had same experience) - a single fan for the bedroom is not enough to cover all beds specially when temperature in summer is above 30 and the room is under roof with no isolation (we slept in a sauna as the stone were keeping the heat and even with the fan and windows open it was very hard to get breeze or any kind of fresh air. should reconsider this rooftop bedroom temperature siolation - not seen anyone there, you left alone with a code to access the key. Not a big issue but sometime it's also nice to speak to someone physically - breakfast is almost non existing (yes there is some nutella and crispy bread under plastic bags, so it can be called breakfast by the minimalists), but again, no one there and no trash bin so all others guest leave their breakfast things all around, making the breakfast room messy (we finally had a real breakfast in a nearby city)

the view is ok (if you like to see the mountain) initial email communication with instructions to park and get the keys are clear enough you can sleep with windows open during night, the village is relatively quiet

There wasn't a kitchen for the guests and no kettle. The breakfast could have a bigger variety of food

We loved the yard overlooking the mountains! An amazing location to eat breakfast and start your day. The town is unique, I would recommend taking some time to walk around it. All in all, we really loved it!
