It’s very basic. The building is very old and not well maintained. One of our windows was broken, the toilet was like the ones that are made for old people in hospitals and the floor was dusty with a lot of hair. Also, the fact that the hostess doesn’t speak English makes the communication very difficult. I wouldn’t stay again probably.

The location is amazing. It’s right in the heart of the city!! The hostess was very nice and polite and very helpful.

Very loud all night long due to the traffic outside, being in the centre, more sound proofing would be good. Check in was only possible until 1900.

No overpowering perfumes, great black out blinds, aircon and a comfortable bed. The receptionist was very helpful and gave us her parking space, otherwise this would have been challenging.

Only public parking on the street. It's expected but I think should have be clearly stated on the listing. Some of the staff does not speak english so be aware of that if it's relevant to you.

Excellent location - right in the center of Trieste (everything is in walking distance), great price, room clean and nothing really missing. Pretty much everything I expected from a budget stay. Lady on the reception is friendly and welcoming.

The windows didn't close properly and regularly banged which woke us from sleep frequently. The beds were not very comfortable. We were also charged an extra €10 for checking in after 8pm.

The location of the hotel was great. Very close to train station and city center. The room and the bathroom were both a good size. Staff were nice, we felt safe and it was good value for money. We were staying one night for a cruise the next day and would recommend for that.

parking was okay, after 8pm i got a free one but the streets were full to get there. its near the post and the sea, so the location is really beautiful. the host is kind and helpful and we could check in late but we had a misscommunication to get to the hostel because of the gap between the languages. i dont speak italian and didnt get the first messages right.

This place is so near to the lovely parts of Trieste. The location is excellent. The bed was comfortable, the decoration was not my style, there was nothing wrong with that though. On my arrival the female staff was there. She was very nice and helpful, answered all questions I may have had. The next day the male staff was a little bit less friendly. So, I choosen not to talk to him at the end. The room was clean.I only gave lower rating, as one towl was marked. It was ok place for one night stay, but I would not chose it for more nights. Also, it would not be my first choice.

The size and comfort of the bed and perhaps the noise from the hallway could be reduced somehow? Everything else was perfect.

This was NOT a room I booked. Actually they don't place those photos at all! So bad it is!! The window goes into the "well" of walls, it's entirely dark even in daytime, even with open windows. No fridge. Sharable bathroom. The only bathroom! Doors in the shower don't close tight so it is water all around. Absolutely awful!
