Very pleasant stay with wonderful rooms and facilities. The homeowner Silvia was the best, very kind and caring, making very tasty homemade breakfast and cleaning the rooms everyday. Good location near the city centre, walkable distance to all the main attractions, as well a 10/10 view to the city.

It's a little far from the train station, but that doesn't matter unless you plan to take the train every day (which I didn't). In some ways, this is an advantage because the neighborhood is peaceful and I didn't encounter hordes of tourists.

This room is very clean, spacious, and quiet, and my room had a lovely tiled bathroom with a hot shower. The room has doors that open up to a balcony, and the panoramic view of Verona is breathtaking! it's only a short walk to the nearby bridge, then across the Adige river into the most beautiful part of Verona. The host, Silvia, is very kind and prepared a delicious meal, each morning, in the lovely breakfast room.

Silvia made my stay the most comfortable I have ever been whilst traveling solo. Her attention to detail and dedication to her service showed in everything that she did! Recommending amazing places to visit and eat, along with taking me to the station on my last day. The breakfast provided was exceptional so was her knowledge of Verona. Verona is now one of my favorite places in Italy ❤️🇮🇹

This place is absolutely exceptional. Beautiful homely rooms with a cozy kitchen that breathes the Italian atmosphere. Everything is absolutely clean. The accommodation is really 5 minutes from the historic center of Verona. However, the biggest charm and decoration is the owner Silvia Zennaro. Email communication was very fast, willing to wait for us until 11pm, always smiling and tolerant of our bad English. And in the morning she will prepare for you a luxurious breakfast, bake goodies and brew Italian coffee.

Bead is a bit old, making noises all night. Toilet might have issues with flushing. A bit more choises for breakfast would be nice.

Location is perfect. Few steps to old town. In the evening fantastic view on the castle from room. Breakfast - home made is a nice.

When reserving the B&B, check your mailbox on booking.com as I was asked to make a deposit. The first time around when reserving I didn’t see the message on time so the booking got cancelled. The next day I made a new reservation, paid the deposit and it was fine :) The bed was ok for 2 nights.

Very lovely host, good & plenty of breakfast, great location in walking distance to all the sights, charming building with Italian character. Two rooms have a (their own) private bathroom for which you have to cross the hallway. Didnt have any problems with noise or bright lights as some people commented. There are external blinds so you can completely darken the room. There is a small fridge in the room and the communal kitchen area is also handy. Silvia made lovely breakfast each morning, even with homemade cake! Lovely view of Verona from the window!

The beds are not 100% comfortable. Two keys did not fit the keyholes.

a bit hard to find but the staff will message you all the instructions. everything was great but you’re required to pay in cash which isn’t ideal if your usual currency isn’t the euro (you do get a receipt tho)

Silvia was so warm and welcoming. We needed a room for a night as we were passing through Verona and were blown away by the homey atmosphere of the bed and breakfast. The views over the old town of the city were wonderful. Perfect location if you're visiting with a car, plenty of free parking around and a 10 minute walk to the old town (you can't drive there anyways). The breakfast was amazing!
