It's literally in the middle of city center. Building was amazing, old italian city house. Room was a little bit colder, but we slept amazing because of it. Host was very friendly, gave us cookies and explain how to get around Palermo. Also managed to get as private parking 4 min walk from apartment.

Room was in the perfect location for Palermo. Clean modern with all that we required. Quiet and convenient for the location. The friendly lady helped with getting parking and getting to the location which could have been difficult as it was in a ZTL. Communication made the whole experience excellent.

No natural light. When I booked the room I was aware that the window was toward the interior courtyard. But when I got there, there was no natural light at all, and for me it was depressing. Sun and blue sky outside, dark inside. Other rooms seem to have windows toward a side street. Early cleaning. Someone started vacuuming and cleaning a room close to mine at around 7 am, and it woke me up. I could hear all of that. Please wait maybe until 10 for the cleaning.

The location is excellent, right on Via Maqueda, close to everything. My room had the window toward the interior courtyard, so there was no noise at all from the busy street. The room was clean and tidy. Francesca was nice and helpful.

I loved that the place has been renovated with respect for the history of the building. The host is amazing, friendly and very helpful I really enjoyed my stay and recommend staying here. The street is busy and noisy, but when the door closes you can’t hear any noise at all.

It was the best landing spot for me. Zero complaints

First- Francesca, the hostess and property owner: Delightful. Helpful. Always available with suggestions, site seeing , restaurants, history. And the best cookies are placed in the room every morning. Place is spotless. Very Comfortable bed, linens, towels. Quiet, which is key for me. I needed to check in during siesta time and she forwarded me instructions. Walking distance to everything. Will be coming back and recommending to all my friends..

Excellent position on via Maqueda, close to everything. Big room. The double glazing manage to insulate from the street noise (we are really in the center of the tourist area, with many lively bars and restaurants).

Lovely place right in the middle of old city with all the amenities and touristic attractions just a walking distance from the accommodation place😊. The room was big and very cool with no need to use the air conditioning during the hot summer days and the bed very comfortable, we slept like babies in there. We recommend to anyone who wants to be in the heart of Palermo!

Francesca was very welcoming and gave us a lot of information about the city. The facilities are very clean and we had everything we needed. It's located in the middle of the busiest street, so it can be loud but we slept well using earplugs. It's walking distance to many of the touristic places, very nice. I can only recommend this place.

As well as the location is good, it is on a bar restaurant road, so it is, a bit noisy but at the end it does not disturb you much... . I would just suggest to have a little fridge and a small table.. If you bring drink, water there is no place to keep it cool. But tbe lady was soo helpful.. Grazie mille...

It would be nice to provide two sets of keys, so that residents can move about a bit more freely. Other than that, great service and Francesca was really helpful with the parking arrangements, which can be tricky in Palermo.

A set of modern apartments, with two common rooms, including a kitchen and sitting area, that serves as a reception where they welcome you with maps and bits of useful tips and information about Palermo. The location is amazing, it's a 1 minute walk to Quattro Canti and all other major attractions. All in all, I recommend it.

You have to stay at Francesca's when you're in Palermo! She is the kindest, most hospitable host/person I've come across on my travels.  I broke my leg in Palermo (before arriving at her place) and she went above and beyond for me to help me and make me comfortable. She carried me up stairs, found space in her hotel for me when she was already fully booked so I didn't have to move, brought me food, filled my prescriptions, organised a Dr to visit me and help me get home. The list goes on and on - she was there for anything I needed during my injury. She treated me like family.  Thank you so much, Francesca, I am so grateful to you, your staff and your family! 🥰 The hotel rooms are all lovely too (I should know I stayed in 3 of them). ☺️ Really comfortable beds, complimentary delicious biscotti, smart TVs and big lovely, clean and renovated rooms. And the location is great, right in the centre of the historic centre, but the rooms are quiet.  Her bar/restaurant downstairs is great too! Especially if you're into fantastic, yet inexpensive, Aperol spritzes. 😁🍹 Do yourself a favour and stay at Francesca's!  I'll be returning one day with two working legs and we will go dancing! ♥️
