Fantastic stay in the Pinzolo!!! Definately would stay here once again, everyting was perfect from start to the end - hotel itself, beutiful and cosy, room, restaurant, spa area, location, staff was super friendly and kind, everyting was great!!!

Could hear footfall very often from the room above. The indoor hot tub was out of order.

Beds/pillows weren’t that comfortable for us. We tended to overheat even when we finally worked out how to turn off the under floor heating. The ski & boot room is not in a convenient location to the rooms & makes your walk to the lift (400m) even harder.

We had a good sized room with lovely views and decor. Staff were multilingual, helpful & friendly. Only the property matriarch seemed a bit grumpy. Spa services are on offer. We had good massages, but did not use the spa/sauna as we don’t really like those offerings. If they are your thing, they looked well kept.

Nice modern hotel near the ski lifts in Pinzolo. The staff is helpful and courteous which really makes the difference. Cool decor and comfy rooms for a fair price.

Would be nice to have a bottle of drinking water in the room without having to pay for it . The toiletries needed to be refreshed at least every two days ? Also didn’t like the use of the plastic stirrers in the room . Check out could be a little later ?Its 10.30 am though they did give me an hour extra to check out .

The size of the room and cleanliness was good and the staff friendly. Great location . Breakfast was okay ..good coffee though . Enjoyed the spa facility .

Vero comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea served daily, great view from the balcony and & very helpful staff. Good wellness area too, with a steam room and sauna. Bike room available for storing bikes and re-charging.

Very expensive drinks at the bar

This place just exceeds expectations in all areas. From the drinks and snacks when you get back from a day of skiing to the wellness centre - it's heavenly!

The hotel overall made a great impression on us. From the unique design of the interiors, through excellent food for breakfast and dinner (half board) to the friendliness of the staff, we were nothing short of impressed. The room was spacious and modern, with everything we needed. The spa area allowed for relaxation, with a big jacuzzi, two saunas and a relaxation zone. We also enjoyed a relaxing massage, which was a great addition to the stay. On top of that, the location of the hotel allows to reach the Pinzolo ski lift as well as a charming town center on foot. All of all, we had an excellent stay and would recommend the hotel to others!

The curtains in the room did not make the room very dark, also the outdoor lighting did not help, not able to switch it off.

We got lucky and got an upgrade to a suite. The room was very spacious, big balcony and bathroom. We had 2 single beds, as I travelled with a friend. Breakfast was good, the usual, fresh fruit, bread, yoghurts and some hot options.

Modern place with local touch in it! Ideal place to stop for ski trip. Next door ski rental, grocery Store 100m, ski lift 450m, sauna and spa in the house, restaurants around the corner! Plus so lovely staff!

The people working here, managing the hotel. The cleanless everywhere. The food is simply delicious, especially dinners. I like that the cleaning ladies know exactly when to clean the room and we never had to wait.
