Everything about the place is impeccable, from before we arrived until the end. The day before the trip, they contacted us to tell us the best way to get there. We were received with great attention and with complete information about the accommodation and the city. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, the shower was very good, the bed was comfortable, the room had air conditioning and not to mention that the place is close to major tourist attractions and with easy access to several other places in the city. We were worried about the noise, because of Carnival, but the location is super quiet and safe.

One of the reasons I chose this property was the reviews on booking.com and the mention of the property manager being so helpful. Travelling on my own I thought it would be good to have someone to connect with who could guide me in the right direction for making the most of my 2 night stay and he certainly did. The apartment has everything you could need, a little iron, some spare laundry detergent for the laundry mat, coffee machine and the rooms large and comfortable with a tv, fridge and split system heater/cooler. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Lorenzo was excellent. He came with many recommendations for different activities providing maps and instructions. Also helped to point out there was a water taxi available to the airport.

This is a great place to stay. The host, Lorenzo is very kind and attentive. The room was very clean, everything in order, the bathroom was pristine, AC/heating works perfectly. There was also a kitchen in the common area, with plates and a coffee machine. There are tables and a microwave if needed. Location is prime, only a few minutes away from Piazza San Marco. Very recommended !

The Lorenzo's place is perfect. The location is really nice. The room is comfortable, the bed too, I slept well. Lorenzo is really helpful, he gave me instructions how to come to his place, even from another city. He suggested some really nice places in Venice. I was on Architecture Biennale, so the apartment not far away from everything. Thank you Lorenzo. I will come back to your place for sure.

The place surpassed our expectations.The room and the bathroom were comfortable, private, and clean. Staying here felt like having an individual apartment. The location is very centric and equidistant from both sides of the island. It is surrounded by restaurants and plazas.
