The room was so nice, traditional beautiful and near to everything! The staff was very kind. I really recommend it!

Difficulty booking in, no on site staff, no tea/coffee facilities and the woman who met us tried to convince us to share a bed (f) 69 and (f) 77 because 'only a few days'. There was a second single bed but she didn't want to make it! We stood firm on that. After 7 weeks of travel and facing 24 hrs of travel home, we needed decent sleep.

Check in process was lengthy with trivial information. There was a kitchenette that was locked up oddly in the room and you had to pay a fee for them to unlock it. Odd penny pinching practice. (Not that I wanted to cook myself in Rome 🙂)

The bed was quite old and squeaky. There was no Wifi and bad connection. The door had gaps when closed, so it didn’t really feel like we had the best privacy. What really threw me off was that we had to pay to store our luggage. Never ever in any hotel or B&B did we have to pay to store the luggage!!

The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed, including a little fridge. The shower was really nice.

The staff asked us to not have the aircondition on while we were not in the room. I prefer to have the aircondition on while not in the room, to cool down the room after coming from the heat. We respected it, but I was not happy about it when the degrees outside where 40 celcius.

Airconditioning was very bad. At some point a very angry guy knocked in our door and started yelling about our use of the airconditioning, while we only used it while we were in the apartment.

Check-in was very smooth with a very nice host that spoke English very well. We got a bigger room than we paid for.

The bathroom is rather small but it's clean and has good ventilation system. It also has a hair dryer which was very helpful!

Apartment is located next to Pantheon, so very, very central. The hosts were very friendly and we had good communication before and during our stay. The room was pleasant, the bed was very comfortable. There's also a small kitchenette in the room that can be used for additional payment but we didn't have the need to use it. We only used kettle that was provided by the hosts.

I didn’t realize how small the stairs would be. I’m about 5 feet so I was able to move around no problem but my partner is 6 feet tall and I could see him struggling a bit to come down and go up the stairs.

Location wise this place is amazing! You walk out of the building and turn to the left and boom it’s the pantheon. Hosts provided a taxi to pick us up from the airport which was awesome.

The Wi-Fi is practically non-existent. It only worked if we put our phones agains the ceiling and even then it barely worked.

The location of this property is the greatest takeaway. It is literally right in front of the Pantheon. Exiting the property and being met with a grand view of the Pantheon was always a great way to start the day.

Om booking.com the description of the hotel includes breakfast. A part from the location that the reason, I chose this hotel. But that is s service the hotel hasn’t been offering since COVID-19. When I pointed this put out to the staff, the answer was, that I had to complain to booking.com. I did, and they told me it was a matter between the hotel and me. It is absolutely not acceptable that no one will take the responsability. We didn’t sleep very much, since there was a lot of noise during the night. The walls much be paper thin since we could hear other people talk, walk, sneeze and having sex. The room had no window.

The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly.

Pretty basic facilities and no window, even on to the courtyard below, which made it less than pleasant in 30+ heat (though the air conditioning helped). Some noise through the walls and from the restaurant next door, but not very late/early, and it is central in a major city.

The location couldn't have been better - walking out the door to be greeted by the Pantheon itself every morning. It was very central, walkable to most of the major sites of the city and with plenty of cafes and restaurants within easy reach. Friendly staff, and the airport transfer was invaluable, and roughly the same price as a taxi.

Unbeatable location right at the Pantheon. Our room was nicely furnished and perfect for our stay of a few days in Rome. The hosts are also super friendly and were able to resolve a small issue we had at check-in really well. Would definitely stay again.
