The place is very well located and Stefania was a great host. She helped us a lot in the late evening we arrived as we had to solve a personal issue. The room is quite spacious and was very clean.

Location - not that close to the city centre and dirty streets Noisy guests - since the stay is in one apartment with shared kitchen and dining room, and bathrooms are not connected to the room, other guests can cause some discomfort (coming late at night and turning on lights, going from a room to a kitchen several times and being noisy and loud). However, this is not an owner’s problem.

It is clean and staff is friendly. 😊

The bathrooms in the complex is indeed nice and private, but generally the bathrooms are remote form the rooms, so you need to go through common space corridor in order to reach your private bathroom, and unlock/lock it for usage. Noisy form the street and inside corridor. Light cannot be blinded on transparent over-door upper parts so whoever turns on the light in corridor makes the room lightened.

Clean, spacey room and bathroom. Possible to find parking in the neighboring streets. Possibility to use kitchen with complementary coffee. Very nice and helpful host. 25-30 min to the city canter walking, which was good deal for me not needing to use the car.

In the morning, it was noisy because of cars, as our room was facing the street. Overall, our stay was cool, and it is worth with value.

The room with the private bathroom was really comfortable, A/C is working well. The host is super nice, cleaning the room, and the bathroom is done every day. The neighborhood is safe, and 20-25 minutes away from palermo Cathedral by walk.

It is a loud part of the city, so if you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend. Through the whole night there is music, singing, shouting, traffic and similar.

The room was great, comfortable and clean. Big enough for four people, the bathroom is very big. It is outside of the room, but nothing bad about it.

There was nothing not to like, it was exactly as explained in the description. Maybe the only thing which could cause a bit of difficulty is finding a parking place on the street, since it's always quite full. But we were lucky and found it immediatelly and then we didn't move it until we checked out. But as mentioned it can be found.

The owner waited for us, despite us coming very late, almost at midnight. He and his wife welcomed us nicely and helped with finding a parking place on the street. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything in those 2 nights while we were there. Location is good, 25 to 30 minutes walk to the core center.

It wasn't clear in the description when we were booking that we had to share the living room and the kitchen with other guests. The bathroom is located SEPARATELY, you have a key to lock and unlock the bathroom door but you'd have to go through the common area in order to get to your allocated bathroom. Very unusual arrangement. The location of the property is not central nor very appealing to explore outside - no restaurants (we found only 2 cafes within walking distance!), smelly and dirty streets to walk through.

The room.and the bathroom were clean. There was a working lift in the building but it's super old! A quiet location.

It's shared apartment - one large divided in three apparments. All of them have private bathrooms but they are outside of your room. This is not clearly stated during the booking. Absolutely no sound isolation. You hear absolutely everything - keys turning in locks, alarm on someone's phone etc. Appartment is located on the second floor, on the first floor there's some kind of electricity box or pump station. It's making huge noise! During our stay it continued turning on and off till 4 am! Making it impossible to sleep. In short - sound isolation ruined whole impression about this stay.

Host is nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious, air conditioned. Beds comfortable enough.
