Very nice place located in a calm street. Wonderful garden and terrace. There is a shared kitchen next to a terrace fully equipped where you can cook and have a meal in this terrace. The room was cozy and very clean. Cleaning was done daily. The hosts were very lovely.

Delightful Villa. We just fell in love with this location. Very very nice owners and staff. Wonderful, very atmospheric and cozy room. The view from the round window of the room is simply incredible. Very beautiful area around. Even the car in the hotel parking lot was among adorablel olive trees. The room was always clean and fresh, cleaning was done daily. The air conditioning worked perfectly. There is a cozy terrace, where you can sit with a cup of coffee, with a beautiful view of the mountains. We are very grateful to the owners of the villa for a wonderful recreation.

Wonderful Guesthouse in the "backyard" of Torbole. Quiet and green neighborhood, wonderful garden and terrace. Parking on the property is no issue at all. The rooms are simple in classic style, but in a very high quality and beautiful way. Bathrooms was renovated in modern style and very clean. The breakfast was really great. Its kind of simple Italian style, but with high quality products and homemade taste. The scrambled eggs is so fresh and perfect. I loved staying at this place and will come back.

Walls are not very well insulated - could hear the guests in the room next to ours.

Walking to Torbole is 10 minutes, but as we are fit we enjoyed the daily walks and extra steps 👌🏻 Bikes are also available. Renovated rooms and bathroom. Kitchen available for guests to cook (we didn’t use it though)

Some noisiness coming from the hallway in the mornings. Not a big problem if you wake up early ;)

Cosy place, with beautiful and peaceful gardens. A bit outside of the center pf Torbole (walking distance), and in quiet surroundings. The hosts were very lovely and made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade cakes every morning. We also appreciated the common kitchen that we could use. We will come back!

Fabulous atmosphere, charming hosts, wonderful breakfasts in a beautiful setting. Close to the town amenities (restaurants, bars, beach) but tucked away in a quiet olive grove. So accommodating - we arrived on bikes and were able to lock them away in a purpose-built storage room. We had a choice of room on arrival. We would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone...

It is not close to the bus station so the first time walking into the house without a bike is a bit long to me. But that’s why it’s so quiet and tranquil. It’s not a problem anymore with a bicycle for the rest of the days

It’s so quiet the garden is big and pleasant! How can you find a place with bird singing all the time and the view at the house is so nice and relaxing. I could spend the days relaxing at the place only. They have many bicycle for rent and it’s so convenient to visit the town by their bicycle! The staffs are also very friendly and helpful you can just ask them whatever you need!

Surrounded by a paradise garden, this place is really beautiful. Very kind and welcoming staff, nice breakfast (inkl. cake with fruits from the garden) and very clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Nothing, it was all excelent!

There were two choices for breakfast. We chose the simple one at €5 each which was enough for us. Great Cappuccino, breads and a wonderful home made cake each day! The staff were delightful and really really helpful. This was a great find full of real Italian character!

very minor point but it’s 10-15 mins walk from the beach/town - but that also means it’s quiet

Minuses are hard to find. Because the facility offers guests bicycles is a plus. If I had to cling, the bikes in the facility were more suitable for going shopping than for mountain trips.

The mattress was a bit hard. But I always struggle with that when traveling.

The family running the b&b were so kind and took really good care of us. My son (7) felt so comfortable there. And he enjoyed the garden.
