The bed was a decent mattress but on an old spring. It was higher in the middle than on the sides with some serious dips along the right edge. If I hadn't been tipsy and we slept for more than 4 hours in it, it would have been really bad.

We were there for only a few hours. But the room was big and the AC worked. It was clean. There were nice big windows and a bigger than average shower.

I was only missing iron and hair dryer in apartment.

We were welcomed by a very nice lady. Apartment is spacious and clean. Location is very good, few steps from bus stop.

It was a 25min walk from the bus stop from the airport, so was easy enough to get to. I checked in around 9pm at the restaurant, the lady didn’t speak any English, a waiter assisted which was perfecto. Room and facilities very nice, breakfast is at a cafe a few doors down, apart from a coffee and down bread there wasn’t anything else, but was okay to start the day.

We stayed twice. First time charges 13E tourist tax second time charged 4E. Can't understand why. Bed clean but not comfortable

It was quite complicated finding a bus to take us to the airport.

It was clean and quiet and the breakfast was great. It was in a lovely area and we enjoyed our walk to Bergamo Alta.

The challenge was to find a reception, because it was not clear where it is located. So we went to restaurant at first. We noticed that also other guests did the same. :) Breakfast was quite good, but 2 things which we didn't like - staff spoke English quite badly. And when we asked them if there are available eggs for breakfast, they replied - sorry, it is finished. 😄 when I asked if it is possible to get them, the answer was negative.

The hotel was nice, quiet and clean, also an advantage is that they have a fabulous pizza place with delicious food. Great place where to stay for one night.

The was a constant sewer smell in the bathroom. The reception was difficult to find, it was in a cafe, very close to a restaurant with the same name with the hotel.

The hotel was in a nice neighborhood, and was close to the Old City.

Helpful and friendly staff. Our flight was delayed and it was too late for food when we got there. Lovely gentleman behind the counter tried to order pizza for us but he was too late. He brought us out snacks/nibbles. Then next morning we got our time wrong and missed breakfast and same lovely guy brought us out croissants, cakes etc. He also carried up my luggage the night before. Couldn't be more helpful. Bed was really comfy and great shower. Lovely clean rooms.
