The room is well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The Restaurant offers great food at a very reasonable price, the homemade liqueurs are especially noteworthy. Staff is very friendly and accomodating.

I really enjoyed stay at the hotel ! I had a beautiful view from the window and breakfast was delicious- wide range of food to chose. It was a bit far from the station, bur close to the city center and citta alta.

The staff were incredibly rude, unwelcoming and unhelpful. Actually refused to help us book a taxi! Hospitality and customer service was non existent although the hotel itself was nice.

It was one of my worst hotel experiences. Hotel itself was ok. But the staff... Omg. Almost no one spoke english. Very unfriendly. My plane left very early on the morning and when I asked that if they could call me a taxi, they gave me a number and told to call myself! Who does that??? I am a tourist in a town I dont know and dont speak italian...

unfortunately our stay here was from beginning to the end a bad experience. Even before we got here I asked dir directions & was given insufficient answers. The single room was terrible the mattress small lumpy with what felt like a plastic mattress cover which was terrible to sleep on. None of the euro adaptors worked in the room. The shower was a hose & a stool . The hairdryer didn’t plug into anything. The breakfast was basic & I was charged for a 2nd coffee which would have been ok except they had no change for a 5 euro note & kept insisting on coins. The receptionist couldn’t speak English , instructions to the centre /funicular were very bad , it’s actually walking distance. Very disappointing left feeling disgruntled not been able to charge my phone , needed to check in for my next flight / or take photos of lovely citta Alta. I would ask for a refund I’m this case it was that bad

All was ok, no problems.

It is nearby old city and price is quite reasonable. It is good that restaurant situate in the same building. If you need taxi, please ask from hotel and you will get really reasonable taxi driver (speak English and price is not extremely high 25-30 Eur to Bergamo airport). Hotel staff members are also nice and helpful. Thats why I choosed that place as second time.

As a group we booked and paid for 2 rooms, first one for 4 people and second one for 3 people. After arriving at 12pm we’ve got 1 room for 7 people and we were completly shocked. The staff don’t speak English

The location is very good, in a quiet area of Bergamo. You can reach the old town by foot and also there are bus stations at 10 minutes walking distance. The room was clean but it might get a bit noisy if people are at the terrace downstairs. The breakfast is served at the restaurant and it is quite good. We also tried the restaurant for dinner and the food was very good.

the description said there would be a balcony, but there wasn't one (it wasn't such a big deal of course). the tv only was showing youtube. the location is about 20min walk from the centre.

I would give 10 but minus was that there wasn’t an electric kettle in the room. One electric kettle wouldn’t take so much space but it would be very useful to make tea and coffee especially in the cold winter afternoons/evenings. Otherwise everything was perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay at Albergo 900. The hotel is very clean & tidy. It's location is very peaceful & quiet. The restaurant next door served a lovely breakfast in the morning to kick-start the day.
