The heating cannot be turned off and it is a waste of energy. There is no recicle bins. They do not save your luggage some hours after check in

They charge an extra fee that must be payed in cash and left in the room when leaving. They make you believe that it’s the tourist tax but that’s a lie. The tax Venice is asking from tourist is payed already when you stay in the city. That extra money is surely for the cleaning service which in my opinion should be included in the cost. Not added on top.

It’s very well located and clean. There was no contact with any owner or receptionist. We got to the location, were given a code to open the door and in the reception we found an envelope with our name with the keys to the room.

Beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable for the price we paid, everything is a bit broken and malfunctioning. Since there is no longer a reception you have to call a number which I called twice where the last time I received an answer in a somewhat rude tone to be told that it is no longer possible to leave the suitcases on the day of departure or arrival. Which would be understandable if the price were lower. Furthermore, this last colleague on the phone gave a completely different answer compared to the colleague from two days before who had said there would be a possibility.

Maybe a bigger television could be better. The one in my room was too small and located pretty far.

The hotel is cozy and clean. The wi-fi is fast and the position is really good. I recommend it for your stay in Venice. Positive experience.

False advertising, it says it's a hotel, it is not. They are rooms above a restaurant. Location wasn't bad but need to go over two bridges with luggage and no ramp. Room was hot, had several spider webs with spiders and lots of mosquitos. A TV control was left for us, but no TV. An AC unit was in the room but no AC control. Worst part, there was no attendant, and you need an access code that was never provided to us to access our room. When we called the owner he insisted he sent it to us and said he was too busy to look for it, so we stood in the rain for 30 minutes trying to find this email with the access information. No email was sent todate. We also had no WiFi because I'm assuming the password was in this email he supposedly sent. He was very rude and wouldn't give me the access code for 30 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Dead mosquitos on the walls after people had squished them, bed is two singles stuck together that constantly move apart which is no good for a couple. Location was generally ok but the street below can be noisy so no good for light sleepers.

There was no cleaning for the entire stay. Walls were very thin so I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to me.

It was noisy, property was run down and in need of refresh. Shower dripped all the time. No one was in the lobby . They stored dirty linens in the lobby.

The rooms size, decoration and facilities were poor and just essential. It was very noisy during night and for almost all the nights we had street and commuters noise so the windows could not help as much.

It is small room, TV didn't work and It is not a good idea to have 2 separate mattresses on a king size bed without a frame (box bed). The mattresses are constantly moving to the side and it is not comfortable
