Great location right in the heart of Santa Margherita town. Walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. All modern interiors. Nice size bathroom. Not too far from the train station. 10-15 minute walk. Nice, quiet room. Listed as one star but so much better than that.

Room was an excellent size . The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. Reading other comments people said it was loud but we found it quiet and peaceful. This is a 1 star hotel and far exceeds expectations. Those that complain should perhaps book a 3 star hotel.

United StatesIt's more like in most Italian hotels the inner cover sheet is smaller than the outer blanket. No shower curtain hence the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower. No mirror in the room so you have to go in the wet bathroom to get ready. But overall a really nice experience.
Great Value for money. Amenities basic but great condition, room recently renovated like brand new. The owner is really helpful. The location is excellent 1 min walk to portofino bus, 10 min walk to station. Really nice pizza place called le arcate 2 minute walk for late night snacks. Would stay again if we go to that part of the world.

I stayed in a double room. In the past, it was a multi-room apartment. But it has been renovated and remodeled. At the same time, the authentic entrance common door has been preserved. The landing of the floor and this door create an atmosphere of historical charm. The condition of the room is very new. High quality bed linen. Wide comfortable bed.
