One minor hiccup: the description for the single bed room didn’t specify that it was at the attic with only a small window and little light. Thankfully I could switch to another room the next day which was much brighter and larger!

Staff were very friendly and helpfull. You could leave your luggage at the hotel after check-out which was easy because we still wanted to visit the city during the day. Location is also very good to visit the city. We did everything on foot.

It was noisy at night, I didn’t even understhe source of the noise, but it wasn’t people - pipes and sth cracking. I couldn’t sleep well because of it

The air conditioner isn't enough to keep the room warm, but since there is no other way to get warm we had to keep it on at night which is quite unhealthy and in the morning both our throats were burning.

The location is very good, the roof of our room was quite interesting, we liked it a lot.

- it was a short 9-10 minute walk to Bologna Centrale train station - the check in process and dealings with all members of the front desk team were pleasant. - All spaces were nice and tidy. So clean. - There were so many nice places to eat and drink within walking distance - the included breakfast was fantastic. Previous reviews posted many complaints - I have none. It was varied and it was filling.

The rooms could use slightly bigger/fluffier pillows. I had to use the spare pillow in the closet to double mine.

This is a well-run hotel, very clean and the staff is super friendly. The location is amazing - five-minute walk to the train station and a ten-minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. The street it’s on is fairly quiet, though I did hear some loud voices (and drunken tourists) on some nights but nothing that kept me from falling asleep. Breakfast in the morning was decent (keep in mind this is a 3-star hotel).
