My friend's single room was incredibly small, which seemed outrageous for nearly 90 euros per night. The towels were old, worn-out, and rough on the skin. The walls were paper-thin, making it easy to hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. To make matters worse, the housekeeper started making noise at 8 a.m. while cleaning the room next door — slamming doors and vacuuming loudly in the hallway, which woke me up.

The majority of the staff were friendly, and the place was generally clean. The location is also very convenient.

There had been an outage in the small area and there was no wifi, which made it stressful as I had work to do. This wasn't the fault of the hotel but did make the stay difficult.

The hotel is a little old-fashioned but everything is clean and comfortable. The breakfast and location are good. The staff were amazing in sorting our our issue - many thanks to them. We really appreciated what they did.

The weather!

It's all true what they say, an all round plesent experience. The room was well thought out and the TV had many channels, some in English, nice breakfast.

Old and very uncomfortable bed and pillow, very old towels and sheets. Bathroom needs to be renovated, very old. For $600 per night this hotel needs a lot of upgrades. AC was not working, very little air coming out.

Air conditioning does not cool and they are very cheap with it. also the decoration is very depressing and they don't even have a mini fridge. this is very very basic place and even the lobby is hot when you are arriving to check in! They give you one room key with a heavy weight attach to it so you have to carry it all day long like a mule! Truly stupid We checked out immediately after a few hours of boiling in the hot room and not being able to sleep! If you like a nice place I don't recommend staying here! When I called booking.com to complain they tried to reach the property and the number they were given doesn't even go to the front desk! This place is like a scam! Do yourself a big favor and go somewhere better

Very friendly and polite staff, and very helpful; had a small issue related to my phone crop up, and the reception desk gave me the prompt assistance needed to deal with it. Location is good, about in-between the train station and the city center, my room was very cozy, AC was good, bathroom in great working order, the AC works as advertised, it's fairly close to an Aldi, breakfast was great... what can I say? Even though my stay in Bologna was unforeseen due to airline shenanigans, this hotel was a great "homebase" to have!

Everything! Great location, super friendly staff, they speak English too. Everything is updated and nice. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Easy walk from train station. I'll stay there again for sure.

The room was quite small and there was only a small window high up, so no view outside to speak of. However, we always intended it to be a place to sleep, wash and have breakfast, and in this respect it was perfect.

Very clean, excellent location between the station and the centre of Bologna. The room facilities were excellent and the staff were all exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was perfect and we both loved the custard croissants!
