We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great area, perfectly safe, an easy 5 min walk to Grand Canal, close to restaurants, cafes and Gift shops, a small supermarket across the bridge. Staff are friendly and helpful, we arrived early from Paris and were given a room right away a huge bonus, on check out the hotel stored our bags before our cruise.. wonderful would stay again.

very central. great location . the staff were very friendly. couldn't do enough for you. we arrived early and they let us check in early. The night we arrived it was lashing rain and they lent us an umbrella. one night we were quite cold and they lent us a blow heater.

The location wasw perfect specially cause you cant really walk around with luggage once you reach venice. It is pretty close from the train station and which was perfect for us carrying luggage. You gotta prepare to walk to reach most of the places but venice is small so no biggie.

GermanyI chose the room and it was not what booking.com showed me as my chosen room. The floor was simple mosaic while the room picture i chose was covered with rug/carpet all over it which made it seem cleaner than what i got. The room also seemed older than my chosen one both for facilities and furniture and structure

PolandThe problem was with the noise made by other hotel guests. They arrived late at night, whatever happened in the corridor you could clearly hear it when laying in the bed. People talking, laughting, opening and closing the door. That was the only disturbing thing
