Bathroom tub didn't have a place to mount the shower head. Had to squat and hold the shower head over you or take a bath.

Although it says breakfast options available there was no breakfast available when we asked at the front desk.

The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly. Air con was very nice to get out of the heat.

For some reason Google maps had the pin, but always sent us to somewhere else. Luckily the hotel sent its own map picture.

The bed was really comfortable and the curtains made the whole room dark, so it’s a great place to rest out.

Areas for improvement: The bathroom could have a shower instead of or in addition to the bathtub. The beds could be more comfortable while maintaining their Venetian style; perhaps by changing the mattresses to new and comfortable ones. Regarding the hotel's location, it is very good. However, due to Venice's unique layout, it could have better signage on Google Maps, as it can be difficult to find the hotel.

The view from our room was wonderful, as we were able to see the gondolas passing by. The Venetian decoration of the room was spectacular! The location was great, close to places to eat and nice spots for taking l’aperitivo, even a supermarket nearby. The staff provided good attention. What a beauty, my dream come true!

The rooms are a little outdated but if it’s just for sleeping then the rooms are fine. The staff are available 24/7 for access and provide vending machines in the lobby for water. Unfortunately, no breakfast was available when we went but may be available in the future.

The hotel was very reasonably priced and located right in the center of Venice. It was just 8mins walk from the main canal, train station and bus station.

The AC in the rooms takes a while to start, and the lowest is 24C. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, so bring repellent with you.

The location is great, very central but not too touristy. The staff were so friendly, very accommodating, and the price was excellent!

The city tax has to be paid at the hotel and in cash which we were not aware of and did not have any cash. Thankfully we found a cash machine not to far away.

Arrived late in the evening but was no problem and check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and had all necessary amenities. Stunning location directly overlooking one of the beautiful canals.

The air conditioning was not working at that point for any reason and if you leave the window open the Miskitos will sleep with you.

Our room was great but next time I'd ask for a canal view from an upper floor (we were on the ground floor) - even though this is more expensive - just to get the full experience.

We have been a long trip through Europe and this room had the nicest shower we've had yet, in 2 months! The host was very gracious and allowed us to check into our room many hours before usual check-in (around 11am) which made it possible to get some sightseeing in right after we arrived. I loved this less-touristy neighbourhood with a grocery store just across the canal, a delicious patisserie a block away and many excellent restaurants. Venice is best at night when the crowds leave and in a neighbourhood like this, a bit of a ways (but not too far) from the tourist bottlenecks.

Very good, central location. Easy to find from the railway station. Comfortable room, good supermarket, restaurants and cafe nearby. Friendly staff.

One small thing may be that the temperature is pre-set. So there is heating/airco, but the temperature is regulated for the whole building. It was still fine though.

- The hotel was super clean and we got a bigger room than we expected. They make sure you have all the basics supplemented everyday. - There is a 24h reception (so you can just leave your key). - The location is somewhere in between the centre and the bus/train stop (which was great to get back and to visit other regions). There are some stores and bars around it too & it’s next to the water.
