There is no kitchenette with cutlery, glasses. There is no easy parking in the area, so come by public transport.

Central location, few minutes walk to the old town, bus stop, shops nearby. Top (6th) floor of an old, renovated, huge, 100 year old apartment building. Lift available. 8 rooms in a large apartment. Private bathroom. Excellent for 3-4 days stay. It is high up, street noise is low. Air conditioning with heating and cooling. Mini fridge. On arrival I was given a larger room at no extra charge.

Some room facilities a bit sparse ... it was hard to make a cup of tea (Kettle didn't work well); no milk provided. Bathroom was fine, except water occasionally and briefly ran cold. Small problems ...

Great location, a couple of minutes walk to Via Garibaldi. Easy and cheap to get there why bus from Porta Nuova train station. It was nice to have a lift. Staff very friendly. Room was comfortable and warm.

The room was quite small. It was smaller than it looked in the pictures. But it still felt spacious because of the nice big window. So it was not really a problem. I also didn't like that the towels smelled like vinegar.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything I needed. The location is ideal, just above the Palazzi dei Rolli. Right across there is a supermarket. Within 3 minutes there is a bus stop. I liked the view from my room with a lot of sun. Generally it was a great and comfortable stay.

The hotel, located on the 6th floor with an elevator, is very centrally located in a quiet area. My room was very simple but clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, I had to pay an extra fee, in addition to what had already been paid, when I paid with a credit card. If you are not looking for luxury, I can recommend the hotel.

There is scaffolding in front of my window, it does not block the view or the light. I would have liked a fridge. I made the mistake of booking a single room which meant it was very small. Next time I’ll book a double room, those rooms are much bigger.

The location is excellent. The staff were kind and helpful they made my stay very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel for budget minded travellers who do not need a lot of hoopla.

Outside the hotel was not clean - rubbish bin by the hotel entrance. No very hot water for tea or coffee. Bed was a bit noisy

Be aware this place has construction work going on at the moment (28th May - 31st May). It is very loud and starts early (8:00/8:30am). Hammering, drilling, sawing, multiple people working and talking. The staff at the hotel did NOT mention this when we booked or when we checked in. Stayed three nights and each morning the same. I would have stayed somewhere else if I could have.

Without the construction work the hotel is as it appears in the ad. Location is good and staff are very friendly and helpful! (just wished they had of mentioned the construction work). I would check the progress of the construction before booking, especially if you like a sleep in.
