Bit far from center in my opinion. And in general the streets of Ancona out of the just the center are scary and does not feel so safe, specially for a girl. Wouldnt like to come back very late around the street arouns the port, train station and the street to the hotel the one hilly and the one around the port neither. Was not a big issue neither on our case. Room was a bit cold, couldnt make warmer. Hotel looks much better from inside that from outside.

The young recepcionist that welcomed us first was very kind and very professional with excellent english. Hotel was very clean and room as well with very nice smell. Room was big with balcony, good light, nice modern bathroom. Breakfast was included in my fare, buffet, and was nice, simple, coffee, bread, scramble eggs, bit of sausages, bit of bacon, simple ham and cheese and salami, croissants and cake, water, some juice, cereals , yogurt. Overall was very nice. Around 10- 12 min walking from train station. I woukd recommend to take the street Corso Carlo Alberto to go to the hotel , is a bit better than others. To go to the center it takes around 20-25 min ( Actually this is a negative point for me) If you take the street via rafaello Sanzio, is going up hilly a bit for 10 min , from there you can see views from Mole and from the port and later going down to center in a very photogenic street. Or you can go down direction to the station and later walking along the street of the port.

Parking gate no key for guest even reception was there they not pay attention to car whos come and go need to get out in car and tell them pls open gate. When we arrived tell us we open for you as we see in Cctv cars come and go but in 3 days stay same scenario as always

That there were no taxis ir uber to get around. Not many restsurants within walking distance . The shower ran cold and no pressure. Wi fi turned off right on check out time no leway

If you have a large car don't bother, parking underground very tight nearly crashed my car try to park and come out of the parking .

I didn't like particularly the location- too many shady people around. Unfortunately there was not available parking in the hotel (since I booked 1 day in advance- fair) we had to find the parking outside. Everything was well eventually however I woke up many times during the night because of the noise outside and inside the hotel (and I am a deep sleeper). As I was worried for the car safety the strange outside noises made me stressed even more therefore I didn't sleep well. Ah and well hot water just finished while I was applying a shampoo. Keep in mind there is no noise cancellation between rooms, floors, windows. The breakfast buffet was poor to be honest.

The receptionist was very polite and genially helpful. For 50eur you get a clean bed and a breakfast. The quality, though, is another topic :)

the elevator made such a noise and every time I stepped in I thought it was gonna snap and fall straight down and then the cards for the rooms never worked, the amount of times I went up and down to gain entry to my room was ridiculous. the idea I had to use the same soap in the shower as someone else was extremely off putting and the amount of cracks or holes in the walls was a bit disappointing

I requested a double bed but we got two single beds joined together, was disappointed , did request if could change room or bed ,but they said they couldn't.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Exceptionally clean rooms and facilities and located near a bus station.
