The price represented value for money with breakfast included. It was ideally located being in the old town and a few minutes away from the train station. It was a pleasant room with decorative features and tea and coffee making facilities.

Great location. A traditional hotel, good breakfast. There is nothimg fancy about the hotel...it is comfortable and provides a good nights sleep.

This was a perfect hotel for my one day stay. It was reasonably priced and centrally located to restaurants and shops. Another bonus was, It was in walking distance of the train station. The staff was kind, the breakfast was good, and everything was very clean. I would definitely recommend it for a short stay.

They claim to have parking, but in reality, they don't. So if you have a car, it's not a convenient location to choose.

Google Maps got me close, but at nearly midnight having walked from the bus station I was exhausted and too tired to find the place. Two phone calls and the desk clerk finally got me there. This is not the establishment's fault, but hopefully they can get it adjusted.

My sister and I had originally booked a basic room to stay for 1 night as a quick resting spot after hiking the Av1 Dolomites, before heading to Venice. An injury forced me to leave the trail 2 days earlier than planned. Not wanting to change hotels, I booked two extra nights, however the only available room was the top upgrade. The room was very big (for Europe standards), modern and had a luxury walk in shower with jets. A very cozy place to recover and wait for my sister. I went down to check out from this room to then check in to the basic room and the gracious owner told me it would not be necessary to move and that we could stay on the upgraded room without extra charge. But more importantly, the staff knew I was injured and alone. They checked in with me, they offered to arrange taxis, they showed me on the map the closest cafés and restaurants. Small room, but has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and a decent size, there is a TV and air conditioning. The bathroom has everything, even a bidet. The location is amazing - in the city center where everything is nearby. Big thanks to the ladies who cook breakfast every morning - it was amazing, lots of food to choose from. We parked at Lambioi parking, which is easily accessible and cheap.

Struggles with parking. Hotel is next to big cental parking lot which is free from 7pm to 8 am, then you got to fly..

Bathroom a tight space, usable. Breakfast a bun fight no matter the hour attended. Too few seats & food not replaced with cleaning a priority. Again cakes supplied above savoury, protein did not address client needs, mostly cyclists & mountain walkers.

The single room had carpet which was old and had smell. The balcony was not really a balcony. You couldn’t sit during to no space. The bathroom was tiny and shower was awful. The shower had no bottom which means the water was all over the bathroom floor.

Location was great. Breakfast was decent and most staff were friendly and helpful. I switched to a bigger room for the last night. That room was great. It’s on the opposite side of the building. Drastic change. No carpet and shower had a tub.

Lady at the desk was a little aloof but the older gent that greeted us in the evening was a really lovely fellow! One elevator for all floors, its a bit small if you have luggage.

Arranged an earlier check in with no problem. Renovated modern room with a good sized bathroom and really strong air con. 2 min walk to the main Plazza with ample selection of coffee shops and food trucks. 10 min walk from/to the train station/main bus station.

Air con didn’t work so was very hot in the room!

Very nice clean room, breakfast had gluten free options which was good, staff very helpful and lovely.

Doors slam. Every room you can hear someone else coming and going. It was so loud it woke me up. With the renovations you think they would put a soft close mechanism on all the doors... Otherwise you don't hear the other rooms at all.

Clean room. Adequate breakfast. Friendly staff. Renovations in progress. Excellent brand new bathroom.
