Our room (101) was amazing. Even though we were only 2 people, we got a huge quadruple room, and the terrace was big enough to have a party. It was awesome!!!

Even though we booked a deluxe room, it was more on the smaller side, as I could see from the building plan, the rooms towards one end are smaller due to the shape of the building, the bathroom was extremely small. Bathroom generally older still, very inconvenient shower over a bathtub with squared curtain metal on top of the curved part of the bathtub, I could barely stand, toilet space also very limited and uncomfortable. We were travelling with our dogs and wanted to leave them in the room while we eat but the air conditioning was not working well, and we only received one key for the room. Fortunately, the staff offered to open the room for us later. In the end we received a key to use until the next morning additionally to the key card. Bed linens also too hot for the weather, we had to sleep with the windows open in the end.

Location was great, right in the middle of the city with easy parking nearby on the night we were there, breakfast was good, although no fruit available, they had freshly baked croissants and pancakes, a good coffee machine and also cheese and ham (for non-Italian travellers like me). Lots of choice for sweet breakfast. The staff was very friendly, especially the evening staff. Room was clean and quiet, accessible with an elevator. Very good for a short stay while you're travelling the region. Restaurants and coffee bars, shops, nearby.

The breakfast was a little basic. No hot food just cakes and some meats and bread, cereal etc.. but it was still plenty for us :)

Rooms were really modern and clean, bathroom had different light settings, air conditioning was great. Staff were very kind and attentive. We had an issue with the air conditioning (totally our own fault hadn’t shut the window properly) and someone from reception came up within 2 mins and helped us

Very good location and quiet except some noise during Saturday night at the special Belluno party when 3000 men from the alpine troops came to town. Good breakfast and nice stay.

The entrance, that is located in a small yard, is blocked by a bunch of parked cars so one has difficulties to get even the luggage through.

Relatively close to FS and in the middle of the historic center. My room had a spectacular view of the Dolomites. I loved it.

Perfect location to end our AV1 hike. The hotel is very gracious to allow us to stow our luggage during our hike - we drop our luggage here before we proceed to Cortina/Lago di Braies. Our basic room is large enough to accommodate us and has newly renovated amenities. It is hard to believe this hotel is already very old with the new and modern amenities.

Our room was sold as a small.double. What.that means is its.at the back overlooking a fire escape and is tiny and very very basic. The bathroom was horrible. We walked past rooms at the front overlooking the lake that looked nice - but EUR148 for a basic cell.at the back was shocking. Breakfast was also choatic and inadequate.fornthe number of people.

Staff deserve an honorable mention. The very helpful man at check in also served breakfast and worked.really hard to keep a.larfe group.happy. Everyrhing else was poor.
