The street was a little dingy.

Clean comfortable room. Good bathroom facilities. Really close to station and major tourist sights. Excellent croissants for breakfast. Like really good. Staff friendly.

Very clean, excellent breakfast, great location but also very quiet. The lady managing the establishment was very friendly. The Albergo is better than some 4 or 5 star hotels I have stayed in. Highly recommended in general.

While on our travel I got very sick. Owner got us room earlier than check in times. She helped us a lot. Room was amazing, high ceiling, breakfast was amazing delivery in room. Highly recommended.

Probably one of the best picks for my travels in many years. The central location, the spacial room, the authentic furniture, most lovely and accommodating staff who were very kind and attentive, the cleanliness, most delicious breakfast (try the ricotta croissant, they are amazing!) and such easy navigation and communication. I had a really lovely stay, and for a surprisingly pleasant price.

Despite the good size of the room, the shower space in the bathroom is small, not very suitable for larger people. Also, the reception staff was not very friendly, possibly because I arrived after midnight due to a flight delay.

The accommodation was clean, the room was spacious, and the breakfast (which is delivered to the room) was delicious. Additionally, the accommodation is well-located, very close to one of Palermo's train stations and other services. The reception operates after midnight.

Nothing regarding the host. The elevator is like 100 years old but we found this special and nice, just little bit difficult for big persons.

Great position, close to the airport bus station and downtown. The atmosphere is very retro with high ceiling and old style furniture.

Unfortunately the hotel is on the 5th floor and you have to ring the bell to be let in. Not too much of an issue as there is a lift and the staff live on site ( I think it’s family run) so someone was available at all times to let us in ( no restrictions on times when we wanted to return which is a positive!)

Good location, clean rooms with very friendly staff. We had two rooms ( one double and a triple room for our teenage boys). Comfortable beds, with good air-con. We didn’t have a kettle in the room, when we asked for one the staff provided us with this and with cups, which was appreciated. They also cleaned the room and made the beds each day for us.

It was ideal for a short stay but for a longer stay I found having the leave the key and ring the bell to reenter tiresome and felt a bit restrictive. But for a one-night stay the property was perfect.

The Hotel is on the 5th floor in a building with other companies. Then they have 2 more floors for rooms. I had a room on 1st floor (6th when in the area) so was away from the every day noise at reception which was great. Nice views also - both pics are from room - 2x different sides

The B&B is located in a historical building, and the ceiling is about 5 meters high. The room was comfortable and quiet. Although the room decoration is kept in an old-fashioned style, it suited me well, as it was the only B&B where I could use my UK-Europe adapter among the three B&Bs in Sicily. The host, Maria, is a very kind person. Thank you!
