Unable to connect to hotel WiFi on any of our devices throughout our 3 night stay.

Newly modernised and extended hotel in centre of Cernobbio. Fabulous spacious studio room at back of hotel through converted stable block, very well equipped and very quiet, given that hotel is on busy main road. Nice breakfast that could be taken outside to front terrace.

hotel Centrale is a very elegant and pleasant place in the nice village of Cernobbio with plenty of restaurants and Como lake within 300mtrs. Cernobbio is further for everybody traveling by car between Northern Europe and Italy with a motorway exit just at the Chiasso border. Park your car behind the hotel.

Hotel is at Cernobbio, few miles from Como, perhaps not walking distance - however only few minutes' drive or take the water-bus will take you to the Como

Recently fully renovated hotel/room at downtown Cernobbio -many local places of interest were within walking distance. Cernobbio as district is very nice and stylish - our luck that there was a distance to Como downtown. There was free car parking with enough spaces. Room was spacious and stylish - well selected interior materials and colors gave quality & stylish feeling There was essentials at the room, e.g. A/C, fridge, water kettle. everything was clean & tidy & working as expected (room & hotel itself). Breakfast was made from quality ingredients and also the amount assortments were enough. Very pleasant stay

Not very clean and smells not good around. Air conditioning is not working good and found split AC FILTERS are very dusty and dirty and plugged. Seems long time not cleaned or no body taking care of it. I tried breakfast one time. It was not good from fresh wise. Rooms need renovation and bathrooms as well needs taking care of tiles sloops as it slippery and not fit well.

Only a view of the lake but that of course would have come at a greater costs than we paid.

This is a stunning location with the hotel being a short walk to the lake and several restaurants. We were lucky to stay in a newly renovated room which had a well designed layout having a open spacious feel and was spotless.The breakfast buffet was superb and offered many options. The staff are great. Michael is a credit to the hotel and ensured we were looked after throughout our stay. Luca at reception was welcoming and we loved his sense of humor. This was a great 60th birthday present and we enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night.

The rooms were SO SMALL. The pictures are not truthful. Also the bed was two singles pushed together with a noticeable dip in the middle. Only shower gel provided in the shower, no conditioner (not essential but would have been nice). Not very much sound proofing - if other guests knocked on nearby doors it sounded like it was for our room. And could hear people talking in the hallways very loudly. I would probably choose a deluxe room if I stayed again as I don’t think the classic rooms are worth the price. They call them ‘classic’ style but what they are is just outdated and in need of a spruce.

The breakfast was good. The parking is spacious and free. Large bathroom.
