We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe breakfast was not worth the money in my opinion. It could be improved. The hot options were poor. Service in there was slow. Had to ask for cutlery. If you went late then most fruit was gone. Yogurts were nice and you could cook a boiled egg. Pastries and bread available.
The location was superb. Very close to the Pantheon and restaurants.

Perfect for all of Rome cultural sights. Most is within a 20 minute radius. Vatican probably 30 -40 minutes. Staff were exceptionally friendly and polite. Very helpful with taxis and directions etc. Roof top bar is a must . Before our break they kept us regularly updated with emails welcoming us and giving info about transfers etc

United StatesThe breakfast is an area that could be improved. The eggs and bacon were a bit cold, and the juices could have a fresher, more natural taste. Additionally, I believe a bit more variety would enhance the overall experience.
The hotel is in an excellent location, and the reception staff is highly professional and welcoming. They are always ready to assist and provide helpful information for tourists. Additionally, they consistently greet guests with a warm smile, kindness, and genuine hospitality.

CyprusI cant say I didnt like anything, but the only thing that was missing from this experience in there rooms was the complementary items in the mini bar or even drinking water, we had to buy everything consumable on a daily bases like the drinking water (note: the coffee and Tea was complementary) but we cant have them without the water :-)
We miscalculated our trip and ended up arriving a day earlier than planned. Because of this, we had to book an extra night at the same hotel before our original reservation. The room we booked for that extra night was a lower category than our original one, but the hotel went above and beyond by upgrading us for free so we wouldn’t have to switch rooms the next day. They checked us into a freshly renovated room, which was beautiful but had a few minor issues, like missing hangers, bathroom sprinklers, and no working desk. As soon as we mentioned it, the staff responded incredibly fast—everything was fixed in less than an hour! They were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. One of the standout features was the amazing sound insulation in the room. Even though the hotel is located in the heart of Rome, right in the busiest tourist hub, the room was completely silent—pure peace in the middle of the city! Overall, we were very impressed with their service and couldn’t be happier with our experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 9Hotel Cesari in Rome, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the friendly staff. The hotel's elegant decor and modern amenities made me feel right at home. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the hotel's incredible location. We were within walking distance to all of Rome's most iconic landmarks, including the Colosseum, Vatican City, Fontana di Trevi, and so much more. We spent our days exploring the Eternal City's ancient ruins, indulging in delicious Italian cuisine, and soaking up the vibrant atmosphere.

United KingdomThe only slight issue was that the room was slightly on the smaller side, there could be some more space, particularly in the bathroom and wardrobe, however, neither was a big issue.
Brilliant hotel. There was a very nice overall feel to the whole place and it was in an absolutely amazing location right in the centre of everything which greatly benefited our stay in Rome. The lobby was good, the staff were very welcoming and attentive as they helped myself and my girlfriend numerous times whilst providing lots of advice. The room was nice and clean, a nice stay however the room is slightly small but not that it was a big issue. It was a great stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Rome.
