Not a bad thing but it would be handy to have received an instruction how to use the airco :)

The town, the breakfast, the people, the view and the rooms look nice.

What a different experience, lovely place. We had a great dinner with them as well. Pool was small but nice to dip in to cool off.

This is our second time at Albergo del Bramante, and we would love to come back. This little hotel is a hidden gem, in a tiny Italian village. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel serves delicious food based on local specialties.

Everybody was super nice in the hotel. The area is a very nice residential neighbourhood and it takes only 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There is safe parking in the courtyard of the hotel. Very good breakfast and the hotel expressed a total dog friendliness

The way to Barolo-Barbaresco-Alba region was a bit long and tricky from this area.

It is a perfect fit if you want to have a lovely dinner at their restaurant. The breakfast was really nice. It is the hotel and Osteria at the center of the village. The Osteria is closed on Tuesdays.

Albergo del Bramante is a wonderful place. Tastefully made and well organized. The breakfast is fantastic, the hosts really nice and attentive. Roccaverano is beautiful, the food in the restaurant is good and it’s a good place to take (food) trips from into Piemonte!

We loved everything. Not a single complaint.

Absolutely amazing stay! The staff was wonderful. The host, Simone, was the best! Very personable and knowledgeable about the area. Thanks!!! My family explored the 30 meter tall medieval tower on a self-guided tour, sampled the local goat cheese from the store located on the town square, and dined in the local restaurant (also located in the town square, beneath the tower and next to the town church). My kids played football in the square with a local boy, while my wife and I watched, and tried the restaurant’s tasting menu. It was the absolute best food we ate on our 3 week trip to Europe. It was a phenomenal experience and one we will never forget. We will definitely return.

The room television was a bit on the small side, but really this is essentially a non-issue.

This small hotel in a relatively isolated small village is charming for it's staff. They provide a high level of service, with a smile and are ready to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. The restaurant and bar are clearly the social centres of the entire village and are well run with excellent value. We took a drink on the outside terrace on arrival - a small square with views of the adjacent castle wall, church, and other village buildings on the square. At night we returned to the hotel's restaurant, located above the cafe/bar and saw the evenings pasta being made on a table of the kitchen by a small team of the hotel's staff, including the young man who had checked us in. Our meal itself was very good - excellent authentic northern Italian cuisine with local ingredients, a superior wine list, and very fair prices. Our meal which consisted of two superb pasta dishes for myself, one pasta plate and an entree for my wife came to 125€ which included our bottle of 2013 Cannubi Barolo (which itself was 64€). The room itself was perfectly adequate - a small walk down a sloping road from the main square with a clean, large bedroom space and adjoining bathroom. A fireplace which we did not use and a small television. Very quiet environs - we slept like babies.

There was one night where the water in the shower didn't want to get hot.

The rooms are situated in a beautifully renovated old building with lots of character. We stayed in winter and while it was freezing outside it was nice and toasty inside. Super friendly staff and delicious breakfast!

Everything about Albergo del Bramante was really well done - along with friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was spacious, comfortable and with a lovely bathroom. The room opened up onto a nice courtyard area looking out towards the hills. Gorgeous secluded pool area which was very relaxing to spend a few hours each afternoon. The breakfasts were big, really good and with nice variety. We ate dinner both nights at the restaurant linked to the hotel which is a two minute walk away in the main square - picturesque and with incredibly good food & wine - recommend eating there and trying the local cheese. Overall a fantastic stay and we'll definitely come back and recommend visiting.
