The plsce is tidy nice but the shower very narrow, staff were very helpful and they serve coffee, juice, cookies. They are giving us all ingormation that we beed and the location is in the city snd walking distance to trevi fountain and around.

The only thing was the aircon in the room wasn't good, it was a very tiny unit and quite outdated which meant hardly any cold air was coming out of it. We ended up having to sleep with the window open and due to the location this meant a lot of traffic noise all night. Luckily we went in March which meant it wasn't too hot and with the window open it was a bearable temperature. But we would however be put off staying again in the summertime as it would be uncomfortable without good aircon. everything else was perfect!😊

We had such an amazing stay here, the staff were especially helpful, kind and caring. They let us know of all the best places to eat/drink, they answered any concerns we had on WhatsApp instantly and we couldn't have asked for any better! The location was perfect, the rooms were comfortable and clean and there was even a little bar with free coffees and biscuits open all day and night. We had a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is in the center, it has nice rooms with everything you may need (even umbrellas). It was clean and the personnel was extremely helpful providing us all the information needed. The metro is 3 minutes away from the hotel and the bus stations as well. There are also plenty of places to have your breakfast and your lunch. The hotel was giving you the possibility to make your coffee/tea and have juice for free whenever you may wish.

Rooms are quite small (mostly occupied by the bed) but their cleanliness, the hotel's location and management's attention to visitors' needs make up for the size. I would stay there again.

Much attention to details, with lots of useful staff provided in the room (napkins, slippers, tea maker, luggage place, glasses, filtered water etc). Very welcoming hosts - the complimentary bar (tea/coffee, yogurt, biscuits) was a very nice touch, much appreciated. Easy check-in (we received lots of details about checking in, things to see etc.). You can see the effort to make visitors feel welcome. Very nice and welcoming staff. Cleanliness. Perfect location near metro station and tourist attractions.

Nothing, it was perfect!

A really lovely little place in the heart of Trevi, Rome. I booked the Standard Double Room and it was the perfect size for me. It had so many great and unexpected little touches - bar fridge, excellent hair dryer, portable and central heating, bathroom scale, portable Samsung comms unit for making calls, maps etc, extra blankets - definitely more than most much more expensive hotels would offer. The fully stocked complimentary drinks station in the lobby was a real treat! What makes Albergo 10/10 though, is the staff. They are outstanding!!! From the day before arrival with clear communication on Whatsapp to the most friendly and warm welcome and any help required at any time...they are AMAZING! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

It is an old house but well renovated , but Room wall are not isolated so you can hear noises of opening and closing doors any time but hotel location itself is not noisy

Best staff i have seen in my life with texting by whatsapp since my landing in Rome till reaching the hotel with full info by whatsapp and during/after staying still guiding me they looks like a accompanying touristic guide with you . Room is small but clean ,liked the 24 hours free drinks and coffee , almost 5 minutes walking to Trivi fountain but abit more walk to central train station about 20-25 minutes walking . Liked the pasta package gift on the bed ,really wonderful two managers ladies

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable, spotless, and had a lovely scent. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the communication via WhatsApp, where they provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants—many of which I tried and loved. Another standout feature was receiving a message when my room had been cleaned, which was such a thoughtful touch. I wish all hotels would adopt this practice! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the historic city center, which I explored entirely on foot, and conveniently close to the metro.

We stayed for two nights at this property. The location is ideal for walking around to all the main sight. I’ve rated it a 10 because of how helpful and friendly the staff were. From the second I booked it, I received a WhatsApp with information welcoming me and with details on how to get there. We were given great recommendations for lunch and breakfast. The property has everything you need. It is not the most modern or very sound-proof or fancy but it was very clean and fully equipped.

The staff were AMAZING. They were extremely helpful on all levels and they were always available no matter the hour. It was a double-birthday trip and they left us candy with a customized happy birthday message to myself and my bf. They shared via whatsapp a lot of very helpful and useful information and honestly its the staff who made this stay extremely special
