There is no carparking on site. There are a number of carparks nearby, so finding a park can be challenging

This is a beautifully maintained/renovated property in the heart of Orosei. Easy walking access to local shops, sights and restaurants. Rooms are pleasant and comfortable with clean bathrooms and comfortable furnishings. Breakfast was excellent and staff are only too happy to help.

reception could be a bit more welcoming

nice breakfast, the reception was a bit indifferent but everything else great. like the diffuso concept where they spread the rooms through the city (against depopulation of older buildings).

That I couldn’t stay longer.

It was incredible beauty authentic Sardinian experience. The suite with balcony for two friends was amazing. I was actually there for four nights and my friend for two. Everything was perfect. We each had our room, we ate on the balcony every night. The suite was so charming. We had an incredible view from the balcony amd from the doors from my room. Anna welcome us with a huge smile every morning for breakfast and Julia brought us the best coffee. They were so kind. The staff at reception were all so nice( I didn’t get names but one of the girls is in this video) she took me to my car with my luggage. I went to Sardinia to discover the Blue Zone and this quaint charming hotel is absolutely stunning. Thank you Grazie Mille Merci.

The reception staff were not friendly.

The location in the town of orosei. The breakfast was really delicious. And the lady that checks you in for breakfast and takes your coffee was soo lovely. Room was small but clean.

Not much sound proofing between neighbors but that’s the only downside I noted.

The renovations of historic buildings throughout the town to stay in was just lovely and quaint. Really authentic vibes. BEST breakfast ever!!! I’m still drooling over it. Staff were kind and accommodating. Location was perfect. Everything was lovely.

The only thing I would recommend for improvement is the Air Conditioning that was locked and you couldn´t change temperature or do any action. Just on/off.

Location is great. The fact that the hotel is divided into different places in town and the hotel connects every part of it with golf carts is a nice experience. Front desk employees are great and very helpful. Breakfast is high quality and very complete and served in a charming patio.

It is a little difficult for parking, but all the places in the center of Orosei are that way.

The location is right in the center of Orosei on a small piazza with greenery. Excellent restaurant connected with the hotel. Easy access to shopping and close to beaches. Rooms have been renovated and are very clean and comfortable. A very nice and hospitable family owns and runs the hotel and restaurant Manu.

Very nice, clean, comfy room in authentic Stone. Good bed, nice bathroom, helpfull staff, breakfast buffet with coffee service at the table. Perfect stay! Also a Nice beach spot with sunbeds from the hotel.

The room we had was in a separate building which looks quite different from the one shown in the pictures on booking. The pictures on booking are of the breakfast area and rooms in the main building where the reception is. If booking this property again I would ensure my room is in the main building to have the expected experience.

Beautiful little rooms with so much character. The courtyard where you have breakfast is so lovely and the breakfast is great! The staff are wonderful and help with everything. The beach club and bike rental are great perks also.

The hotel is located all around the town. Our room was not in the main building so we have to walk 3 minutes to the reception which sometimes was not the most convenient

The private beach was stunning, though access could have been more convenient. The room was comfortable, but it could benefit from upgraded bathroom amenities, such as lotions and other essentials.

The breakfast was exceptional, offering a delightful start to each day. The accommodation was conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, making dining out easy and enjoyable.

All staff at Mannois were so friendly and helpful. Always greeting us with a smile. They made us feel very at home whilst being on holiday. Breakfast at the hotel was just perfect, just what we needed to start the day. The room was beautiful and clean. Very different feel to a normal standard hotel. Orosei town was rustic and beautiful. We would definetely recommend staying at Mannois.

We loved the breakfast, the location and the staff. We attended the pasta making class with Nonna Maria which was a lovely experience and we highly recommend doing. The beach club was also a great perk as we received 2 sun loungers and an umbrella for the duration our stay. Special shout out to Rosemarie who was outstanding both before and during the stay. We couldn’t fault anything!

Our visit was fantastic. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Each was unique and charming with modern amenities. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and kind. Having access to the private beach area was really convenient and was very nice with umbrellas, bathrooms, and restaurant. Lastly the hotel restaurant was amazing with a kind staff, great food, and amazing views on the 4th floor roof top.
