This may be important for guests with mobility issues.
Very comfortable bed, excellent amenities, friendly and polite hotel staff, and a delicious breakfast.

Our room was exceptional, overlooking the beautiful square and clock tower. Easy access to the harbor, beach , restaurants, bus and train terminals. Sylvie was very helpful with any questions or booking required.

Exceptional room with amazing facilities, bed was really comfy, perfect location, clean and modern room/bathroom. Check in was smooth and we had a free taxi from the parking to the hotel lobby.

Property was in a great position within the old town of Monopoli. A casual stroll everywhere and access to the water. Silvia from the company was a wonderful host and extremely helpful and welcoming. The pickup service was also greatly appreciated as my wife was injured and not as mobile as usual. Despite this, the location was a reasonably comfortable walk from the station. The room was very comfortable.

Check in is only open from 8.30 am to 1pm the again from 4 to 7pm. You can only check in at those times . If you get there outside of those times then too bad!
