We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an apartment on arrival. The apartment was just perfect. We had a great balcony which we were able to enjoy (wine and fruit). The location was fantastic! The checkin staff was very nice and they arranged to pick us up at the parking lot with our luggage. Monopoli is a beautiful town. I highly recommend this lovely place.

Comfortable and beatiful room in the center of Monopoli. Very friendly staff brought us from car park to the reception and to the room, situated in a beautiful old building. Good, calm location - next to cafés, bars and restaurants. Appreciated the useful and very good hints & tips for restaurants (we traveled off season) and friendly help with my forgotten handbag. Big, delicious breakfast! All in all a wonderful stay!

Such a warm welcome here . The location is superb and I would recommend Albergo Diffuso for a lovely stay in Monopoli. My room was simply furnished but practical ( even had an iron!) The small courtyard is delightful and perfect for the excellent breakfast and wonderful coffee available in the morning.

Our only 1 slight disappointment was that the 2 bedroom apartment, although modern and clean has No comfortable seating area .. no chairs or couch in the common area .. only a table and kitchen chairs

We had booked 3 rooms and they were all located close together Staff was wonderful, very helpful, booked a boat tour and taxi to Bari for us

Decor was very plain - not as cute as some of the suites advertised. Guests should know about very steep stairs to suite.

Nice location, large bedroom with comfy bed. Private rooftop terrace with table and chairs, washing machine, and laundry lines (but not much of a view). Kitchen had what we needed. Mostly very quiet area yet close to all the action. Very clean.

The spiral staircase to get to the apartment was very narrow and was challenging going up and down with luggages.

The apartment was very cosy and clean! We’ve also found a bottle of Prosecco on the house for our honeymoon!!! Grazie!!!

The hotel has its rooms scattered within a close proximity of the reception and breakfast area. Our room was around the corner which was perfectly fine with us. We had to go up a narrow spiral staircase to the room which was also fine with us but this might be difficult for some people to manage. Also if you arrive by car remember to follow their instructions not to drive into the old town zone where the hotel is located. We forgot about this and it was a difficult drive to get back out, though a staff person got in our car with us and helped lead us out which was very helpful.

Good location in the heart of Monopoli. Nice breakfast with friendly staff that is served outside. Our room which was more like an apartment was very clean. Good WiFi.

Just beautiful inside and out. We were in the room overlooking Garibaldi piazza and it was gorgeous. Lots of space, very comfortable bed, fabulous balcony, tasteful decor, generous amenities. Perfect location. Quiet. Couldn’t fault it.

Breakfast was only basic. Did the job. Coffee was great. Top floor apartment with tight stairs. Would be an idea to ask guest if they are okay to climb stairs to top apartment.

Lucky for the great Super Mario. Helped with carrying bags to top floor apartment. He would also greet us with a happy hello and smile when seen in street. Location close to everything. Room and bathroom are a good size. Pick up us from car park to take us to apartment for free. Lovely service.

Our first room was located on the first floor with the bathroom and kitchenette being in a basement area. It was very musty smelling which is problematic to people with asthma like me. However, wonderful Silvia was able to help us out.

The property was clean and in a great location.  They offer pick up service from the parking lot to their front door. It would be difficult to walk through the entire town with luggage .

No parking . The free parking was 20 mins and even if you paid parking it's like a 5 or 10 min walk . Also there was a late fee charged as we arrived after 7pm. This was very expensive. EUR 25.

Location was excellent. Just off the main piazza in the old town . For us couldn't be better. Also staff were very helpful.

Albergo Diffuso is a fantastic, magical stay. A real experience! We booked a Queen Room with Spa Bath and were completely enchanted with our stay. The room was away from the reception area, so felt a bit like our own Air BnB. The bed was comfy, nicely designed room, complimentary mini bar (including Prosecco which was a treat), and a complimentary TukTuk ride to/ from the free public car park outside of the old town. Would recommend paying the extra room upgrade for this experience as it really made our time in Monopoli!
