Only a very small thing, Wi-Fi connection wasn’t great

The location is perfect for exploring the old town, the staff are so lovely and helpful! Lots of room in accommodation.

It was quite noisy early in the morning outside our room and our bed was very squeaky, every time you moved it made a noise.

The bed was really very soft, not my personal preference but might suit others. Spiral stairs to the room will be a problem for people uneasy on their feet.

Great place. We were picked up from the carpark ( which is free out of season) and taken back at the end of the stay. The town is wonderful and we had a room right in the heart of it. We had great meals in the little town, the Locanto Dei Mercant was particularly good. Our room was off site facing the square with all the restaurants. Breakfast in the little courtyard of the main site was good and had plenty of choice.

Not that it was much of a problem for us, but this was the tiniest bathroom of our 10-day holidays in Italy

Well located in the old town which means we could not accès with our own car. But they advised us where to park outside the old town and came to pick us up with a free shuttle. Dropped us back as well at our own convenience. The hotel has its own cafe where they serve the buffet breakfast with a good variety of products. Both the rooms and the cafe are on a small quiet place.

we were staying at an apartment near Via S. Pietro (they have multiple properties) and there was quite a noisy restaurant next door. That said they did turn the music off at 10.30pm so it didn't affect our sleep

Cleaning of our room was generally Ok but could have been better.

Great location in historic centre of Monopoli. Our room was a 3 minute walk from the cafe. Lovely breakfasts and motivated, friendly staff. Reliable and speedy transfer from the free car park to hotel on arrival and return, thank you for a great stay in Monopoli!

Unfortunately the family above our room were really loud going up and down the stairs late at night. They woke us up on both nights of our stay.

The staff, location and breakfast are always excellent here. We have stayed before and will probably stay again.

Outstanding! Located right in the heart of a buzzing square. It was hypnotizing at night. It’s easy to navigate. The rooms were spacious, clean and we had complimentary beverages to enjoy. The staff was very sweet and super helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Staff were super amazing, picked us up and dropped us back off at the station at the start and end of our stay. Helped us to book a boat trip and very informative about the local area. Spacious and clean room with outdoor seating.

Warm welcome and very helpful staff throughout the stay. Lovely, clean, cool room in an excellent location. Great buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Even offered a free shuttle service to and from the train station. Couldn't fault it!
