A memorable three nights. This well priced and very pleasant hotel is right in the centre of a historic square, lined with flowering trees. Shops and restaurants everywhere! Excellent breakfast and professional, multi lingual welcoming staff at the front desk and the breakfast restaurant. Walking distance to the ferry ports is a huge plus ➕

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is incredible, full with restaurants, just in the center and near to everything. Room was very clean and big, bed also very big, good temperature in the room. Breakfast also is delicious and with a lot of options. Will be back for sure. The location is a good choise for relaxation, partying or a lot of walking activity.

The bathroom was small. The shower was small and without a curtain and water sprayed everywhere. It was a now common remodeled 3 star hotel. There was no shampoo or conditioner. Luckily we prepared.

It was in a good location, we had a nice few of the square. Beds were comfy.

The sofa beds for the kids weren't very comfortable. It was OK for 2 nights. Not enough sockets for charging phones or connecting laptops.

The location is great. Room was spacious. It was also very quiet. The bathroom/shower was spacious too. Nice breakfast too. The coffee is made per request so it's better than the automatic machines. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Small things... reception on first floor, noisy from 0700. Room was clean, but room has a lack of electricity sockets especially at desk - had to unplug the fridge....

The AC seemed to work strangely whereby it blew out warm air before I realised it was switched off (it was March tbf) but did mean was too hot at night

Location, location, location! I have to admit, I was a bit worried about booking a hotel in Como instead of Varenna or Bellagio, thinking those were the main spots people visit Lake Como for. But at the same time, I wanted to be somewhere central, with easy access to taxis, food, and everything around me. Wow! Not only was I surrounded by amazing shops, but the plaza in front of the hotel was absolutely magical—such a great vibe and energy! There were fantastic restaurants, gelato spots, souvenir shops, and it was just a short walk to the ferry. The hotel itself was beautiful and spotless, with a refrigerator stocked with complimentary still and sparkling water at all times. The staff was top-notch, including the lovely lady who took care of our room—she was so sweet and helpful! If you’re hesitating, just go ahead and book it—you won’t regret it!

Really great location, so close to the lake! My room was facing out onto the square which can be quite noisy but the windows were great for soundproofing so it wasn’t an issue at all. The room was also really spacious and comfortable and the staff are really helpful and friendly!

The hotel feels very old. We had a flickering light near the bathroom, and they simply removed it, while the other one kept flickering. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel could also improve.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was very spacious. The location was excellent. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel had a boutique and intimate feel, which was very nice.

The horrible manager at the reception simply ignored all requests. There is simply no parking near the hotel. The manager said that the problem with parking is the resident's problem. He said that he lives here, but I do not - so it is only my problem where to leave my car. At any requests for help, he began to wave his hands and mock. The hotel is normal, but the manager is just terrible.
