Equipment and furniture are a bit old but ok.

Located in the center and very close to main attractions, as well as public transportation facilities. Rooms are large enough to accommodate a baby bed.

The rooms are a little dated and very basic, but the location made up for that.

The location is second to none. In a bustling town square surrounded by bars and restaurants and a neighbourhood filled with fantastic shops and boutiques, and only 100m from the lake. Even though the property is in the middle of the square that really comes to life at night, it is very quiet, with no outside noise audible from inside.

Hard to say a negative but probably the lift ( I have a mild leg issue) so relied on a buzy little lift.

Amazing little gem 💎 right in the center of Como. Lots of restaurants on the square, BUT very quite inside hotel. 3 minutes walk down a little street to lake Como, ferry's more bars ,restaurants and Amazing views.

Location - it opens up to a quaint and vibrant piazza. a short walk to look at the lake. We booked a room for three people and it was quite spacious. Bathroom facilities were good. Room and facilities nice and clean. Good breakfast options

Too noise, can hear noises from the square, automatic glass door can easily access by anyone to come directly to each floor as reception is located in first floor therefore there are no direct monitoring who comes in and out of each floor.

Location is perfect, not too far from train station, located right opposite the square, 2 minutes walk to ferry. I can't comment to breakfast as I did not include in my booking. Room spacious however the aircon is too noisy, there are other rooms and walkway in the other side connected to the building, this can be too noisy if people comes in their rooms, our first night didn't get enough sleep as the other people from the back was too noisy as you can hear every single words, Our last night is disaster too, there has been so much noises caused by teenagers talking at around 4ish early morning my husband needs to get someone from reception to raise the problem, front automatic door can easily access by anyone that can come up directly to the hallways to each floor using the elevator because reception is in the first floor, not sure if there is CCTV monitoring as security purposes. Towels and bedding Inc toiletries are sufficient and good standard. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

Conditioner works non stop, we couldn't turn it off, so so noisy. Two people and they gave us one card. The last day we heard that they offered two cards for tourists from other countries. Also on the app they approved check-out at 15:00, but the last day they showed that there is no approval in their system and they won't let us stay until that time. Even tho I showed their approval in thr app.

Only a small point but luggage storage Pre & Post Stay was very limited directly in front of the Reception Counter and not really a secure area.

Location was superb! It was an 8 min walk from the train station. Restaurants and coffee shops close by. Beds were comfortable and bathroom a decent size.

We have a room with plenty of space and nice view over the piazza. It was quiet though. Breakfast was a surprise - very reasonable price, and you didn't have to book ahead, just sit down and pay later.

Stuff very help full, ask for a fan cuase here was a heat wave at the time and they gave it to me, breakfast and location were very good. And it was sound proof
