The noises from the pedestrians who were walking in the street was really annoying which we couldn't sleep for 4 nights. Also the construction sounds during the day was awful. At one night after midnight a sewage pipe cleaner were working for two hours and the smell was really disgusting and unfortunately the reception didn't do any help to get rid of the bad smell, he even didn't let to get one perfume stick to the room to change the atmosphere of the room. On last day and for the checking out the elevator was out of service and I have to get down all of my luggages by stairs.

The location was perfect from being close to the must be seen places in florence but after midnight there were a lot of noises from the pedestrians who were shouting in the street.

The hotel was welcoming, and the location made it easy to get around between the many sights in Florence. The bed was so comfy, which was a great after a day of many thousand steps around Florence.

The only thing that is not under Albergo Firenze Control is the Night noise from "party people" because our room had a street window, and weekend tourists were too loud from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m. Again, if you want a wonderful location and great staff, this is the place, this issue happened on Saturday night and less on Sunday night, monday night was ok.

I love this hotel, it's very modest but it's in THE most convenient place with the entire city of florence right outside. The staff here are the friendliest individuals I've ever encountered at any hotel, everyone is so welcoming. It's wonderful!

Tucked away in a very bustling area. Restaurants, shopping and major sites within walking distance. Staff was professional and friendly.

The room seemed like it hadn't had a good deep clean in a while and it was very clear in the shower area. The floors were sticky on the first day we arrived and no slippers were provided which would be nice to have. Note here that we saw on the cleaners cart that they do have hotel slippers on our last day. We saw a small cockroach near the shower drain but it was gone before the staff could do anything about it, but we were appreciative of the quick response from the staff. The quality of the breakfast was disappointing. The elevators were old, noisy, bumpy and overall to be avoided if possible. Was even sometimes starting to move without the door closing first.

The location was amazing, the staff was positive and helpful with us, there was always someone at the front desk working which was also very convenient and everyone working the reception spoke good English. All the employees we met in the kitchen and room cleaning were very friendly.

The walls are thin - very noisy outside. There isn’t much lighting in the room it’s very dimly lit. Odd system where you have to leave your keys at the front desk even if you go to the shops for 10 mins.

The location is good and breakfast reasonable. The shower facilities room size in general was good.

Hotel was very well located, near to all the major tourist spots but because of that it can get a little loud in the nights. Room was bigger that average and bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice.

The room was dated and the bathroom was desperately needing an upgrade. The bed was relatively comfy but the pillows were rock hard.

Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, right in the centre of the city! We liked that the hotel had traditional Italian windows with lovely shutters. The hotel and rooms were clean and communal areas had character.
