The location of the hotel is about 20 minutes away from the city center by bus, the nearest bus stop is about 5 minutes away by foot, if you don't mind the distance.

It was great to have air-conditioning in the room during the peak of summer! Although the condition of the room is not brand new and modern, it was fairly clean and spacious. Daily house-keeping is provided. Breakfast was served well, and the manager was kind to ask what I preferred for breakfast. The hotel also provided a travel pass, which allows free access on public transport, museums and gondolas in the south tyrol region.

The hotel was a bit further from the centre than I would have liked but once you are there you receive the Bolzano card which gives you free access to local buses and trains, as well as lots of other services.

The location is far from the town center. When I booked I don’t think I realized the distance. Frequent buses helped, though. The neighborhood of the Albergo is bland and there’s a huge microwave tower next door. There’s a lot of tile on the floors that made noisy reverberations one morning. The bed was also small. The minuses were not big deals, though, and I enjoyed my stay.

It was a good deal with a large breakfast. Warm shower with plenty of hot water. The host gave me a Sudtiroler pass, good for seven days. It got me free bus, gondola, train, and even museum uses. I saved a fortune using it.

It’s an old hotel, facilities are a bit old and the noise insulation is not the best. With this price I’d expecting something a bit better

Breakfast was good, Location is perfect, tiny parkingplace but they were absolutey nice to integrate my big camping bus. Nice people. I had 2 dogs with me...wasn't a problem at all.

The decor needs modernising.

Don't let the old-fashioned decor deceive you. We slept really well and the breakfast was excellent. It was very clean.

Could do with extra pillows in the room but that’s our preference.

Nice property, very clean, room was nice, it did have a balcony but no chairs to sit out on it. We were given a map of the area and recommended places to eat. We walked into the centre as after a days drive we wanted the air, it took about 20 mins. Breakfast was tasty and given choices but would have been nicer to have a ‘buffet style’ to help ourselves. Not a lot of car park spaces but we had no problem.

Just one thing: a little buzzer sounded in the room every 5 minutes. We never found the source, and we looked. And looked. A minor annoyance, but one that cost us sleep.

The room was nice, the manager was very polite and helpful and the hotel provided us with bus tickets and a museum pass free of charge and breakfast was good, so in many ways the hotel exceeded our expectations and I can thoroughly recommend it.

Good sized room and bathroom. Staff don't speak much English but owner translated the menu for us. Good selection at breakfast and dinner with good sized portions. We were supplied with a tourist card which allowed free travel on public transport and entry to museums

Nothing really maybe that restaurant was closed Saturdays witch was their day off.

Very quiet gasthouse in a residential area. About 30-35 min by walk and 8 min by car to the old town. Public transport accessible, we where given travel passes by the hotel. Very clean and a fantastic breakfast included. Service minded staff and parking outside. Price worthy, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. An extra plus was a couple of local restaurants that where just excellent and within 6 min walk from the Hotel. The Hotel also had it’s own restaurant that was just fine, good solid Italian food. We would definitely stay there again.

Room was very basic.. Neighborhood was quite plain.

Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Very clean. Room came with free pass good for public transport and most museums, etc. Economical. Close to bus stop, then a 10 minute ride to town.
