My room had a view right across the valley to the hills and I woke in the morning to hear the birds singing outside my window. Breakfast was fine. In the summer it is taken on the terrace. Lots of information available about the pretty town of Spello. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The location was great. Very central. The receptionist was very helpful; showed us how to get to the free parking nearby and recommended some restaurants for dinner. We had a great view from our bedroom window and we enjoyed relaxing and catching the view of the valley, with a drink on the terrace on the main floor. We had left our window open for cooling off the room and discovered mosquitoes buzzing around us in the night. Not a great sleep!

Location next to Basilica di Sant'Appolinaire and easy walk to Museo della Città is great. We were so tired from driving so went downstairs to eat and had "the best pizza of the trip" according to my food snob husband. Quiet and relaxing. Returned after a day in Ravenna to an immaculately cleaned room.

Beautiful property in an excellent location. The outstanding aspect was the staff - Giana contacted us prior to arrival to assist with finding the property and was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely, and out room was huge, quiet and very comfortable.
