Familiar and happy personnel. Fixed price taxidriver was a great person, very pleasant, civilized. That man waked up big respect. Hotel:Keep that man driving transportations and customers: You should pay extra for him.

Small thing but booked for a single person and got a single bed which I wasn’t previously informed about. I was not too bothered but more surprised.

Good location with a 10 minute walk to the lake. Room was very clean and tidy. Staff were so friendly and always keen to help in anyway.

Location whilst good was a bit noisy and felt a little unsafe as there were people hanging about on green space nearby.

The staff was not very helpful with the luggage. The room was noisy from the nearby street. There was no shower in the room (only bathtub)

If you are looking for a place to stay while exploring Lago di Como, Albergo le due Corti is the place. Very good location with lots of public parking (around but hotel offers a payable private parking option as well) if you travel by car. Rooms are cozy, you get everything you need. Great breakfast with loads of options.

Room was quite hot - likely my ineptitude - but the air conditioning didn't seem to cool the room sufficiently. This was compounded by the fact that the clever electronic window, didn't work - which meant I could not open it. The staff were however great and managed to fix it after a couple of days.

First and foremost, the staff are fantastic. I was travelling alone and they made my stay much more enjoyable. Great location, within easy walking distance of the many fantastic restaurants. Hotel itself was lovely - compact but had everything needed. A rarity - I was lucky enough to get one of the hotel secure (off-street) parking spaces. Secure bicycle storage. I could go on.

Excellent location, very friendly staff and a great breakfast with a lot of options beyond the basic italian breakfast. Lots of gluten free and lactose free options too.

It's a large building, It took quite a walk to my 3rd floor room. Pricy side Need to walk 10-12 minutes to the center

the room was quite warm. the ONLy way to make it cooler was the open the window which is a waste of energy and quite noisy in the early morning

The decor is a bit dated and there were no plug sockets next to the bed, barely any plugs at all, which was annoying.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. I had to leave early and they provided me with a packed breakfast as I would miss the buffet. They also called a taxi for me and called my room to give me a 2 min warning. The location was ideal.

The bedroom had a slightly unusual layout with the bathroom up a flight of stairs which was slightly uncomfortable but not a big deal. The sound insulation was somewhat lacking and could hear next door quite clearly.

It was a short stay but we were able to park directly in the courtyard in front of reception. The staff were friendly and efficient.
