Getting bags to the upper rooms can be a challenge especially big bags... It's stairs only so more effort is required. No fridge , so basically you can't buy anything to keep over night. Also no iron for those that prefer to iron.

It's very close to the port, so you can literally walk to the port to catch your cruise . The owners allowed us to keep our bags in the property after checkout while we waited for our check in time to the cruise ship. It's literally for an overnight stay, nothing more nothing less .

Only had till 9pm to check in. Pressure from Hotel to be there by then or you could not stay. We had delays in our travel plans. I would recommend to be careful if booking that there could be a delay in your travel plans to possibly stay somewhere else.

Close to port for cruise. 5 minute walk to get free shuttle to cruise port. Room clean. Big rooms. Staff friendly.

We were ok with this, but I was only made aware because i read previous reviews. It's all stairs, so you need to be able to carry your luggage up. Our flight was delayed, I notified the host. There was still a 30-60 minute buffer between when we would get there and when check is was no longer open and wanted to keep them notified as a courtesy. Their response was if we did not show up by the latest check in time, we would not be given our room. Just something to keep in mind if you plan on taking an afternoon/early evening flight into Rome.

It is as basic as you can possibly get but meets your needs if you are just staying the night to get on a cruise ship.

The place is very clean, and considering this was the cheapest option in Civitavechia, we were pleased with how nice it was. The receptionist kindly agreed to keep our luggage inside until our cruise check-in, so that we would have some time to walk around the city, which is also nice, by the way. And one of the advantages is how close the place is to the port :)

Nothing, everything was great for our quick stay. There’s a lovely place about 200m down the road to grab some breakfast too.

This was a flying visit as we needed somewhere to stay after leaving the ferry from Barcelona. This place was perfectly located. Clean, comfortable and had safe parking. The staff were great. We had a problem with our arrival time due to a delay at our end. The staff were amazing and super accommodating. Couldn’t have been more helpful!

No refrigerator or tea/coffee making facilities in room or breakfast provided, but these did not detract from the accommodation.

Boutique style hotel in close proximity to the cruise terminal for us to walk there. Friendly, helpful staff. Good size, clean, comfortable room on the second floor with a large adjoining bathroom and outlook towards the harbour. No lift so need to negotiate stairs. Very good value. Excellent pizza restaurant on roundabout to cruise terminal and closer small breakfast café.
