Situated right above a bar. Windows are thin so it is very loud. Breakfast is too sweet. Only croissants, cake and yogurt. Would be nice with some veggies and eggs. Worst bit is the bathroom. Smells badly of mould. Also the shower head is loose so it doesn’t stay up but glides down. Should really be replaced.

Finding parking was a little harder than we thought due to the city zones but the hotel were so helpful it was easy after asking the right question!

What an amazing location, right in the heart of Brescia. The staff were so helpful and informative. The room was big, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good and served by a friendly staff member. Really top place

My room was really lovely, clean and cosy. The location was great (just a few meters from the main sights). And the staff were very very kind, professionaal and helpful. I did not like how dishes were handled, but otherwise the place was great, clean and excellent value for money.

Room size and locations were windows open to the back patio and kitchen of the next street restaurant so the air was sometimes disgusting.

The only issue is the parking, but that’s anywhere i guess as car accesses are limited. But the team did share with me 2 convenient parking locations

The hotel is supper well placed, everything is a walking distance. The room is nice with a window view of the narrowed streets of Brescia. The team is helpful, nice and very welcoming! I had a lovely stay.

Really good hotel. Although it is in a historic building in the center, the room and bathroom are quite comfortable. Perhaps with minimal architectural features such as steps between the bathroom and the room. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Early in the morning, usually around 6am I would hear doors and objects making noise, probably because it was the time that the employees started they shift and were making breakfast and cleaning. I didn't mind because I wake up very early but someone else that wakes up late would not enjoy. Also the coffee at the breakfast was those capsules machines instead of real coffee, but for the price I paid it's not fair to complain about it, I am just saying because better coffee would make the place even better.

I liked the place and the good will of the employees of helping. Also it was very easy to get out and in at anytime I wanted.

We wished they would had at least one English speaking television station.

The hotel was in a great location to be able to see the historic sites. We were able to walk to the castle, many cathedrals, churches and museums. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. The hotel was clean, had a lift and the staff were helpful with directions and taxis. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of selections.

A little loud in the evenings/night due to the pub next door. unfortunately, our windows weren’t double glazed or closed properly like our friends so they let all the sound through. the shower was cold both mornings. I told the staff and they just said sorry all the hot water had gone. Not great when you are spending £100 per night. breakfast was ok but had better at our last stay in Brescia. could have been better.

Location was wonderful, right in the heart of Brescia, near the metro and the main squares. Clean rooms.

I can't say it's something I didn't like, but still the bathroom is extremely small, small, small... It's understandable considering the age of the building 😊

Everything was extraordinary, the location very well located, close to the tourist attractions, The breakfast very good, the coffee is sublime, The staff very kind and helpful. The car can be parked in the castle parking lot but you are still allowed to leave your luggage at the reception for a short period of time.

Room 13 over a Irish Pub was terrible along with noisy. The bathroom was very small. The hotel is rustic which goes with the originality of the area. Requested a room change that the staff organised into a much quieter room. Several times on getting into the lift after the doors shut the light would go out and we had to get out our phone torch to press the button again.

The staff were very accomodating with our requests. The breakfast was good. Sliced ham, cheese, tinned fruit etc. the location was interesting and close to the sites that we wanted to see.
