My daughter Mrs Kirst said, there was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. In the reception was one of the staff who agreed to make coffee around 6am. The other staff refused. The lady got a €20 as thank you!!

At breakfast ,tea and filter coffe taste is poor because of tap water used . But espresso nad double espresso is really good .Room size is small but nothing can be done for that because of architecture

I would recommend that they update the lighting in the bathroom, hard to put on makeup. I would also say they need to upgrade their hairdryers - too small and have very little power. A dresser with draws would be a welcomed addition to the room. The breakfast was simple, fresh fruit and an omelet station would improve the options.

We felt very safe and comfortable here. The hotel was quaint and exceptionally clean. Loved the charm of the hotel it was on a quiet side street, with quirky stairs to get to our room and a tiny elevator. The staff in the little bar were so nice. Loved that we had a full floor-to-ceiling window that we could open- the view could have been better but was nice just the same. The water pressure was great and a large closet to hold our clothes. The front desk staff was very helpful and got to know us, as you left your key with them.

The bed was a bit too hard for us, but that is just because of our preference, so for someone else it might be actually ok.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the metro station, bus stations and to the city center in a walking distance to all the main highlights. Also many shops & restaurant options around. The breakfast was good to start off your day. And the staff was very nice, we could leave our luggage there on the last day until we wondered around before our flight back.

Two mornings the shower pressure was weak and one morning there was a lack of hot water. Hotel full those two days. Not a deal killer.

Wonderful experience for seven nights. Professional and enjoyable staff. Early check in allowed. Standard size room with comfy beds and great pillows. Towel warmers a plus on these cold days. Perfect location near train, buses, and taxis. Nearby food and drink. Lots of shopping. Standard breakfast included excellent crema croissants. Proper coffee. Offered us a complementary cocktail on our birthday. Would stay were again.
