I know that this hotel is not so expensive and i didn't have hudge expectations but it was the worst of these all cheap one I have ever been. Very dirty.

For shure advantage is location. For someone it could be disturbing but it is quite noisy in that area.

seems quite scary - long we’ll kept corridors to reach very austere and prison-cell like room! shower in room was ancient and tiny, bidet in middle of bedroom. all felt very like I imagine a prison

The mattress frame was broken, and it was fixed with a wooden piece underneath.

Extremely central location; cosy neighborhood; close to several facilities, e.g. pharmacy, small supermarket.

You get what you pay for, and sometimes a few bonuses. In this case, the bonuses were in amazing location in a genuine Renaissance building, with genuine Renaissance corridors.  Those are checking arrangements were not well communicated and not all well organised, once I did find the bloke he was very helpful.

There was no kitchen. There is only one fridge. I wished there is a microwave or at least some cups, forks, spoons to use. My room was super noisy during the night. There were some mosquitos in the room. I wish there was some protection for it.

Location is very good. The building is old but it was a nice experience to stay in such an old place. There was a sink in my room, which is a brilliant idea. You don’t need to use bathroom to brush teeth etc. Bed and other furniture were good.

property is almost impossible to find even with navigation. very little to no care for the client. i got there during checkin hours and there was no one to check me in; I called and called the number and no one answered. after inquiring on the street, a neighbour pointed me towards the restaurant where the owner checked me in. property is not signalled anywhere inside, and you can get easily lost- which happened to me on the first night spent there- when I asked the owner for assistance he was quite rude. the room itself is very basic and with outdated everything, showing once again there is no care for the client, no interest whatsoever, just a quick means to make money.

location was key, nestled right in the heart of the old city. the building- an old palazzo- was also impressive.

The location of the accommodation is great. The pension is housed in a very beautiful old building.

Second floor, without lift. It's really hard to find the albergo. Everything was for ancient time so it's beautiful to visit not to stay!

The staff was kind. The location is in the heart of city.

The price was high as the room was essential,

No breakfast, I left early in the morning; I liked the fact that you are independent, almost as home, the location was wonderful: I don' t care about noise any way, but it was a bit noisy. On the other hand it's located on a wonderful square.

the furniture and beds were poor and there was no protective mattress cover. the paintwork and so on needed 'refreshing'

Mould in the bathroom and only a thin sheet on the bed over an elderly mattress. The bed spread also looked old. The rooms are off a very busy party Square so it was quite noisy outside even at 11pm. I slept fine but just a warning!

Great Central location in a beautiful building right next to the piazza ferrari and the old town, the rooms were big and airy. . Bathroom was small but shower good. Good price for a central location.
