Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was very little that could be improved. We had a family room for 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids) so we were quite snug but this was as expected. The pool/sauna closed at 7pm, this could have been a bit later but I'm sure it wouldn't have been a problem if we had asked to stay longer.
We loved the friendliness of everyone at the hotel and the wonderful breakfasts and evening meals, all home cooked and delicious. My daughter casually mentioned that she liked the homemade chocolate swirl pastries and the next morning she had a fresh plate waiting for her at breakfast! The pool and sauna were also lovely. We were skiing and drove the few kilometres to Champoluc each day which was no inconvenience at all.

GermanyThe location and facilities in the hotel were amazing (great swimmung pool and sauna). The room came with a terrace (which we had for ourselves) with an awesome view on the landscape. Also, it's easy to reach nearby villages (e.g. Champoluc) with the bus or by a walk alongside the river. The friendly staff was always there to help out, in English as well, being it either extra wishes for breakfast or requests for a vegetarian dinner.

GermanyThis family-run hotel is an excellent value for your money and in a lovely location. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is beer and wine on tap. The rooms are comfortable - we didn’t realize that complimentary tea/coffee was available at the front desk even though there’s a hotpot in the room. Breakfast eggs/ham can be made to order, as well there are all the other European breakfast items available. Not to mention the pool and sauna are free to use!
