Carpeted room with quite poor ventilation. Not for allergy prone people.

Large, clean room (double) equipped with a large comfy bed, small desk, two seats, a wardrobe and brand new modern bathroom. Breakfasts were tasty and generous, more varied on the weekend when the hotel was full. Great coffee. The view is breathtaking. Total silence at night. Staff are kind and helpful. Nice bar open till late evening.

The whole "wellness" area has been shut down all year for renovation. That meant no pool, no gym, no sauna. The interior fittings and furniture could do with a refurbishment instead.

The staff, despite an initial cultural misunderstanding, were superb. As soon as they become familiar with you, they treat you like a friend, genuinely caring about your experience and even taking initiative to sort things for you when they formally do not have to. Special gratitude is due to the gentleman at reception, and the dinner lady at the restaurant.

On the day we left there were big bicycle happening that made us leave very early and steel we got in the middle of it. We would aspect the hotel to inform us of that event in advance to avoid that unfortunate experience.

Beautiful location up on the mountain, camfterble bed, room with a view. We ate dinner and had vegan options, for breakfast we got special vegan cake. We recommend this hotel.

Unfortunatelly the dinner invoice was not splitted for parts only the summarized cost what was a bit expensive but in this case we could not check it, it was wrote and calculated to the cost of room.....

The bathroom was ‘tired’ with the enamel coating off the shower tray and worn/dated tiles and fittings.

The staff were very helpful but we did not speak Italian and only some spoke a little English, but we all tried very hard! and got on well. The location and views of the Alps were stunning.

The basics amenities which every hotel provides like water bottles,creams,body wash etc … are not there ,main problem is no wi-if signal

Slightly confusing layout and no elevator to the top floor where our room was, only to the floor below us. Even then it was hard to find. Requested 4 single beds, got 2 singles & one double. However we managed as we had one member less on the trip. Unsure how the "free wifi" worked.

The hotel is huge and, consequently, there are many guests. While the sound proofing of the rooms is not excellent and many guests are very rude, they shout in the corridors, slam doors and drag chairs, the stay was not so pleasant.

Clean, spacious bedroom, beautiful view, perfect location. Very kind and helpful staff.

The shower are is too small and i found it a bit dangerous, as tripping and falling down is a high risk.

Check in and out was easy, staff was friendly.
