Air conditioning unit was above the bed and the temperature control didn't work so made the room cold as the cold air blasted on us through the night.

The accommodation was great. We booked at the last minute. The beds were very big comfortable. It was extremely clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good too. Handy to have a restaurant next door.

One of our rooms had a little lounge room with a couch and even fridge, which was nice, however a little coffee table there would have been nice to be able to put the glasses on. The parking seemed also a bit dark and full sometimes, hard to find a spot. Also the day we left the hotel in the morning and turned out of the parking we noticed we had a flat tire as soon as we left the parking of the hotel. Later at the service, which was luckily very close, it was confirmed that it was a screw stuck in the tire. Could be from the parking or just from the driveway or may be elsewhere in the area and the tire just went flat during the night, we don't know, but one should be careful.

The breakfast was nice with delicious scrambled eggs and the pool was very nice. We rented two rooms and I thing it very nice to be able to have one entrance to both and have the option to keep the inner doors open to have the feeling of staying in an apartment with two rooms and a little living room.

Small bed. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Furniture, bathroom, fittings all outdated - although everything worked. Disappointing location: it's not in Castelvetro which is a pretty town, but 5 km away. There is nothing to do.

Air-conditioning didn’t work. Whilst polite, the staff had a lot of rules about what you could or couldn’t do, which made it feel a bit uptight.

The pool was great. Our children loved that. Rooms large and parking available on site. We had a pleasant meal at the adjacent restaurant. Conveniently located to get to the Ferrari Museum a few kilometres away.

On the day we left, we went down for breakfast, when we were back upstairs, there were cleaning ladies in our room, while we still had 45min before check-out.

Beware that the staff will make unnecessary problems to enter the pool, which we have not experienced at any hotel in Italy. When we arrived receptionist told us that only 15 people were allowed in the pool and that it is overbooked and our children were not allowed to swim. After 10 minutes we noticed there were two people in the pool so we went to ask again. We went swimming and no one came to the pool except our children till the pool was closed at 8:00 pm !!! The receptionist convinced us that the air conditioning is fine even though it was not working and hot air was coming out of it. Without our permission, someone was in our room at 10 pm when our children were sleeping and we came back from hotel restaurant and tried to do something about it !!! In the morning, she asked us if we had opened the window,

The restaurant that is on the premises is not of great quality, but there is one across the street with very good food and atmosphere.

Great hotel in a lovely neighbourhood. Very helpful staff, good breakfast, great value for money. Will definitely stay there again when coming to Modena.

The room, the airco, the bed and the view.

The only thing good about this hotel was it’s personal. The room was very outdated, the airco did not work properly, the shower was leaking and the bed was very uncomfortable. The view was… well there was non. Breakfast was okay. Staf was super friendly.
