Servicing of the room was very limited: bed made each day but not much else. Bins weren't always emptied, coffee cups not cleaned or replaced, only one sachet of coffee when we arrived for a 4 night stay and this was never replenished, bath mat not supplied until day 3. Fridge only had water in it despite there being a list of minibar prices - our fridge wasn't working but it was replaced.

Comfortable room in a lovely building which has been beautifully decorated. Breakfast was fresh and ample choices. Hotel is in a good location

At breakfast the fruit was placed in a bowl and you had to peel and chop it yourself - that would have been fine if there had been decent knifes available - the blunt ones offered made preparing the fruit difficult!! Only water in fridge - it would have been good if it was better stocked. Only 1 pillow each on bed and mattresses had seen better days. No elevator access to bedrooms made carrying heavy cases somewhat difficult.

The hotel was very well located and easily found. The breakfasts were good with all the main things one would expect being available. The hotel restaurant is open for dinner and the food was very good - the chef obviously knows how to cook - flavours of both Italian meals we had were perfect!

No complaints about this property. The air conditioner struggled a little, but this is unsurprising given the heat.

The parking opportunity is a thing that you must reserve in advance, and it is also not free. This misled us, because we thaught that it is included in the price. There is a free opportunity, but You have to walk 7-10 minutes, and also free place is not guaranteed. The Netflix did not work in our room, and the ac was not functioning properly. It was ice cold old hell hot during night.

Marvelous place to stay 10 minutes from city center. Breakfast was very good, the staff was extremely helpful and kind.

The hotel is perfectly located inside the historic city, but still easily accessible by car. We were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff who showed us to our room and explained how to reach their private parking garage, which is under the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, as was the balcony we had. The beds were comfortable and the next morning we had a lovely breakfast.

The hotel has a very good location near the Piazza del Campo and many other city sights.It has a private parking but in case it's full behind the hotel there is a big area where you can park your car.It's clean,beautiful with kind and helpful personnel. Thank you very much

Beautiful hotel in the strict city center. The bathroom was a piece of art, also the hall on the first floor leading to rooms was a pleasure to watch. Very good breakfasts with a nice view through large windows.
